It's pretty much a GOD-SEND when you're looking for a smoke shop that's still open when you accidentally break your bong at 3:30a.m. and couldn't imagine going without for the next 10+hrs and their customer service is commendable for the most part in my own personal opinion that is.. So props on that for sure! However, on the flip side, it's also REEEEALLY really hard for me to try and convince myself to shop there even in an "emergency" situation when I already know that I can literally purchase the EXACT SAME PRODUCTS they have to offer in their store for an a minimum of approximately $20 LESS per items on literally nearly EVERY ITEM just down the street over on Golden Gate & Hyde(so long as you can make it there before they close at various different times throughout the week+weekends)

I've been shopping here for years and do so at the late (or early) night/morning hours. For this I am grateful they are open until 4 am even on Christmas. I buy "bubble-ware" which is quite fragile. I've gotten home several times to find items are cracked or chipped. They do have a great selection of just about everything you could want and the service is on point. I would give 5 stars if not for the broken glass items. Just take your time and look closely at what you buy before leaving the store. It's buyer beware. Also they give a discount for paying cash. Just a note about their prices they are a bit higher than some but who else is open at 3am? Also don't go by on-line prices for "bubble-ware" those are wholesale.

+5 stars because it was the only place open at 2:40am. -1 star because I bought a filter which did not turn up in my bag, and upon informing the shopkeeper he gave "discount" on a second one. While I'm sure it was a mistake, I got no receipt and no way to prove I paid more other than the change in my pocket. It was only $1.50, but I still had to pay for another one and wasted my time looking around my friend's house because he assured me it was "in the bag". TLDR; happy it was open, but overpaid on an item twice because they said I must've lost it. PS to shop keeper: I know I said they were expensive, but it really wasn't in the bag and I wasn't trying to get a second one free.

Best customer service hands down please support businesses like this that have no judgements at all. And another product really well go in and test them you'll see how good they are friendly and efficient and just the best guys ever. thank you guys great customer service and being so friendly all the time. to say that they have some amazing amazing products you can't find anywhere else in the city. Please come and visit they deserve the business at times like this this is like this need to strive and get ahead they deserve it.

The best smoke shop in all of San Francisco, hands down. Not only do they offer the widest variety of products and but their customer service is, without fail, always above and beyond. Any questions you may have — they’re more than happy to answer, thoroughly and patiently. No matter where I’m at in the city, I’d I need something— I’ll take the detour to this shop to pick get it, because I know exactly the level of expert service and products I can expect from them.

This is my boyfriend's favorite smoke shop. It's literally the only one he'll go to. He's a collector of smoking utensils and related accessories, so I would trust his judgment on smoke shops. They'll work with you, make sure you have the right accessories for whatever you plan to smoke, and they're hella cool and don't mind spending a little extra time making sure you're happy before you walk out the door. A step above the other shops for sure.

Been shopping here for more than 20 years. These guys can always be counted on to be knowledgeable, have the best quality in stock, & if they don't have what you're looking for, they'll get it for you. They've helped me with everything from impossible gifts to improbable personal purchases and beyond. And in 20+years of shopping there, going sometimes years between visits, they've never failed to recognize me!

The Sons make their father very proud. The store is going on it's twentieth year in business in SF. This store by far has the most selection you could ever think of... Their customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced everybody is very knowledgeable and they have late-night hours to and everybody is always willing to help specifically only go to this shop because of the mutual admiration they have for each and every customer that comes in there

AVOID THIS PLACE. Overpriced would be an understatement! They get away with it because they are the only place open at certain early morning hours, but JEEZ guys! Some of your prices are OUTRAGEOUS enough to think y'all are pocketing the extra profits at night...
