"Very disappointed with service today Asked how much a packet of smokes was told $54:15 Ticket on product was $54:15 Purchased them and as it went through eftpos noticed I was charged $55:95 I asked for refund (cheaper at food land) before staff member even gave them to me and was told no ! It is illegal to refuse a refund especially before I have left the store or received my purchase"

This is not the first time I have had trouble with this team member , once before he refused to take payment of cash and told me he would only except eftpos From now on I would rather pay an extra $10 and go to another store than step foot into an establishment where you ripped off customers instead of honouring prices that are on products
