There is one thing I know for sure. This is not Italian pizza. I ate pizza in Padova and Roma. I had a diavola that had cheap tomato sauce from the supermarket, and was so greasy that when I turned it over the plate was full of oil. And no spice whatsoever. Don't eat breakfast here. Coffee and a croissant is fine and the service is okay, but the 'english breakfast' and 'omelette' is the lowest quality rubbish sold at a high price to trick tourists. Nothing at all like the picture advertises. Venice has 100 wonderful places to eat. This is not one of them.

Great place just of the square, for a quick bite or light breakfast. Serves coffee's and sandwiches at respectable prices for Venice. They are even accomodating if you would like a vegan option (got a courgette and aubergine sandwich in a vegan bread which was nice to start the day with).

The worst seafood soup ever! Overpriced for tiny portion, too much salt made it inadable anyway. It was served without bread, not like in all Italian restaurants. This is not Italian food! Avoid this place if you can! We've learnt our lesson for not reading reviews. Altro

Nice bar! We had a cutting board of Italian cold cuts and mozzarella and they were definitely of a higher quality than other bars. Very relaxing and pleasant experience stopping by and rest for a bit at one of the outdoor tables. The staff is also super helpful and nice.
