Although it's expensive I do believe one should view a subscription with Snap as an investment in their future. With the rising cost of Health Care and the easily accessible poor dietary options all over it's very easy to look at the costs of food and pay for one meal what you could pay at McDonalds for the day. I took the latter option for many years and used the money saved to put it toward investment opportunities. Needless to say I got my bloodwork done recently and the results were not good. My doctor strongly advised me to not play around with my health and spend the extra money I was saving for retirement on better food options otherwise I may not live to reap the benefits of my money invested. Not wanting to take any risks I listened my doctors advice and subscribed to snap's high protein meal plan. They cover all my food and prepackage everything so all I need to do is just heat it in the microwave. This has made dramatic improvements in my health and I'm hoping for my returns on my investment over the long run.
I found this place via Yelp and was expecting a restaurant when we arrived. I'm to blame though for not reading their description thoroughly. It's all pre-made healthy food, which previously I'm NOT a fan of. However, I'm happy to say I think I've been converted. I ordered a "carb-conscious" chicken dish and was quite satisfied. It had plenty of unique flavor and filled me up nicely! The food isn't warm when you purchase, but they provide microwaves and utensils. The packaging for the food has the microwave times printed right on them for ease. The service at the downtown location was some of the best I've ever received. The staff was knowledgeable and even gave me a complimentary brownie to try. All of their food is prepared in a health conscious way; No fried food here!
Didnt have a good experience customer service wise. Apparently, they are only are acknowledging orders from their website but still have not shut the other 3rd party connections down. Not my fault, and I was still charged on my bank account by them. The blonde cashier literally asked me “did you pay for it” when she couldnt find my order after i showed her my email receipt. Why would i come when I havent paid. Wrong to ask a customer that. They wanted me to pay again or try to cancel online but there was no way to cancel. The manager eventually made it right but what a headache. Late for work. The salmon was okay a little greasy.
This is a new concept for me, buy my pre made food and put it the microwave and warm it up in store. I could see why this is a concept if a person has to work downtown and needs to go in early, they may not have enough time to cook breakfast. So skipping cooking at home and picking up a pre-made meal on the way to work makes sense. This is not a sit down and eat kind of place. I wish I would have thought of this. So I had the spinach and eggs meal it was good, I liked the idea of having sweet potatoes for breakfast. If I ever have to skip a meal at home this is the place I would drop by.
I was highly disappointed that the pictures look more apple than the meal delivered. The size was small. The disclaimer about the food being cold should be in bold letters. If I’m getting food delivered why would I want to put it in the microwave. The customer service was poor and I didn’t get what I ordered. Even after they called to correct the order. I was not happy at all. The green tea is unsweetened super gross.

I love Snap because it's wholesome, appropriately portioned, convenient, and easy. What could be more helpful on a busy day when your slammed and starving than a pre packed meal that has all your macros counted? Aside from that, the food is delicious and diverse. *I can easily say that they are much more tasty and affordable than the other pre packaged health food kitchens. I let Snap take care of my weekly meals and I do the rest on the weekends. I'm so glad that Snap exists, because they make my life a little easier!
Parking can be rough but I go during the day and can usually find a spot near front. They have a number you can call and pick it up too. I love the staff here, and Snap is one of the best local premade meals if you want healthy, paleo, low carb, or vegetarian. They also have coconut water, amazing juices and granola snacks, so it's a perfect place to stop for quick groceries for the week. It doesn't get any easier!
These guys are fantastic - and I am not just talking about the fresh, healthy food! The customer service I have experienced has been nothing short of spectacular. They work with me to get meals replaced and gladly refund my money when they can't. They are a true customer-oriented company and it has been a pleasure buying food with them. I look forward to my continued patronage of Snap Kitchen in Clarksville!
Awesome and convenient location with 15-min street parking spots right in front of the store on 6th. I've never had trouble pulling into one and grabbing my order quickly from the store. The staff are super friendly and the manager Nick is always really helpful and accommodating. Great selection but they tend to run out of a lot of items quickly as they have a ton of customers from the nearby neighborhoods.
Love the food and love the staff! Super friendly and helpful people working I had a pleasant experience and will definitely be picking out my dinner meals at least twice a week. This place is a life saver as I was tired of cooking after work . Now at least I have tasty and healthy options to pick for dinner and super affordable. Parking was also very easy to find as the back lot was empty around 1.
I'm vegan so it is convenient to stop by here sometimes when I'm in hurry. The food to me is meh but sometimes the convenience factor out weighs taste. Today I picked up the veggie taco hash. One of my bites was literally sand. It was crunchy in a very bad way. Then I also found a black hair at the bottom of the container, which is definitely not mine. I am 100% grossed out by snap kitchen.
Don’t use their meal delivery service. The food is solidly mediocre, but the worst thing is the customer service. They delivered one box to our house but the second they just left outside on the street a block away. By the time a neighbor told us about it, someone had taken it. When we asked for a refund they told us we had to work it out with the delivery people. Horrible service.
Having Snap kitchen delivery is the best!! The Meals are always packaged very well. The food is fresh and delicious. It is convenient to order your meals and have them delivered to your door every week. You can choose from a six or twelve meals. All gluten free with no preservatives. I love this meal service and would highly recommend!! Jill Stout @gatheredgrace
I ate snap Kitchen often years back, but it just isn't the same quality as I remember. The food doesn't taste fresh even though I'm sure it is by industry standards. The steak in particular was tough and didn't have a good flavor.

One of the original places that promotes healthy MyPlate style meals for the calorie conscious and health oriented customer providing convenience for portion controlled meals. Variety of sizes available for each meal. Recommend to my clients as a dietitian (disclosure, not paid or receiving any compensations for promotion, just legit information).
A very smart idea for a dining experience. Watching your weight or trying to maintain that healthy physique? This is the place to do it! Of the 6-7 times I have been there, I have never disliked what I have ordered/bought. I have not tried any of their long term programs, but I hear nothing but good things!
This isn't really a restaurant,. but a meal kit place. I like that I don't have to sign up for a subscription and can just pick and choose what I want when I want, which makes it pretty rare among meal kits. While they have a few questionable meals, the vast majority are good.

I always love my Snap Kitchen meals, as they are so yummy, the perfect portion, and so convenient and quick! I'm writing specifically to give a shout out to Carlin at the W 6th location. He is always incredibly kind and provides great recommendations on what to try next. Thank you, Carlin!
Watch your credit card charges at this place. They will sign you up and charge you for food you never receive. They do not take responsibility and won't help out when I brought this to their attention. Got me for over $1,000 before I caught onto these crooks. Will be reporting to the BBB.
I used uber eats to order. I was staying at a hotel. Food was cold. Needs to be warmed up. Also requested for utensils as a part of the order, which was not delivered. I would not recommend and would not buy from this company again.

I've never gotten anything at SNAP I didn't love. I love how the food is divided in to breakfast/lunch/dinner and labeled for dietary restrictions. It's hard not to feel guilty bc everything is SO tasty and yet it's healthy! Try the fresh juices, and gluten free nuts and sweet treats.
If I could drop there reviews to 1 I would. Going from a nice pleasant phone call to getting there and it was a quick 180. Only thing left to believe is my looks. Thank for insulting me. I didn't make a fuss I just left. You people are cruel! I will be making further complaints.
I think I’ve found my new favorite restaurant. I ordered delivery, never eaten here before, and I was blown away. The food was absolutely amazing. Flavor is impeccable

I have called Clarksville Snap and have spoken with multiple people with no one actually doing what they said they would do. I have cancelled my snap account and keep getting charged. This dates back to a day that Clarksville lost power and
Used to LOVE snap kitchen on west 6th, was on their commit program for more than 6+ months, loved each meal and would really enjoy the convenience of the meals (work full time and go to coding school part-time) however recently at this
I had the Bison Quinoa Hash and it was really good! The service was great there too. I forgot to purchase a water and the person there gave me one for free when I came back up and thanked me for being a customer. That's good service!
They have some Paleo-friendly pre-packaged foods that taste like homemsde meals. As far as price goes, you end up paying $4 more per meal vs cooking the same meal at home. It's not a bad trade-off if you don't make the time to cook.
The food is good but none of it is really healthy? Most is loaded with sodium sugar and saturated fats. Nothing is high in protein. Might as well eat fast food.

Cute setting with lots of tasty food. Wasn't the best food ever, but it was still good and there was a lot of information provided about the meals you were eating. I love the idea and the vision of their restaurant.
This place is unique because it's healthy pre prepared food in the heart of Austin. Im not a huge fan of microwaves so I'm rating this a 3. The staff is friendly and they have a variety of options for under $10.
Great place to pick up healthy food quick. BUT - if you're allergic to coconut, BE CAREFUL. Most of their packaging that has the allergens listed separately on the food label do NOT list coconut as an allergen.
I called ahead of time. Thanks for explaining why my effort was in vain anyway. That was rude and unnecessary. Snap kitchen, your employees at this location could use some common courtesy training.
Friendly staff- Okay selection of food- I didn't like what I got- it was chicken, green beans and sweet potatoes. I'll prob stick with Whole Foods. They are both across the street from me.
Yes yes yes! Paleo friendly pre made fresh meals and affordable. I just got breakfast and lunch for under $7. Thank you. Please open a location in Richmond or Mechanicsville Virginia! :)
Meals range from $8-$12. You can stop by and grab meals they have available. Or you can do a delivery system if you want. Tasty meals with a variety.
Love the gluten free and healthy options here! My quick go to for lunch and snacks and even pick me up for dinner meals!

Meals are great, pickup and delivery is easy, and customer service is outstanding. My fridge is walkways packed with Snap Kitchen!
I Love snap kitchen. It has the perfect serving size for any hunger level. 10/10 would recommend.
No vegetarian options. 50 meals, and not a single one without meat. Wow.
