I had an good experience at this laundry facility. One standout feature was the convenience of their online payment option. It made the entire laundry process hassle-free. Undoubtedly the best place I've ever seen for doing laundry. always seems clean and I am assured of this as I have often seen the cleaners come almost every second day! I'm able to wash and dry my clothes and large sheets without much hindrance - machines are never out of order very long...if ever! Special mention goes to the help line and Ian who answers the phone always responds right away and has been very helpful with problems concerning machines eating up credit and miscellaneous other problems. Great colour scheme!

The dryers were not worked by and I waited more than an hour for the worker to organise themselves with people waiting. Her communication was very poor. I had been waiting for a dryer for way too long and she allowed people who had just arrived to use the dryer and not those who had been waiting ages. She was very frazzled and put my clothes in a known faulty machine- further wasting my time and making me late for work. This could have been avoided and I will never use or trust this service again. Very embarrassing.

This is my local laundry & love it, we are lucky to have it as part of our local community near the University of Queensland. The owners are very friendly and make special efforts to keep it tidy, sparkling clean and reliable. They are always happy to assist and I even got a free bright orange laundry bag. Well done and keep up the good work guys!

There's no reason to have a laundromat that doesn't accept payments that aren't cash, especially considering the majority of people don't carry cash. Lying in the reply doesn't make it any better, I've got a bag of dirty clothes with me after a half hour walk because card wasn't accepted

Great service. Comes with free laundry liquid and you can of course add your own fabric softener. Easy to use and effective. The customer service is outstanding so if you have any troubles then contacting them is a must. Contact info is displayed inside. Will definitely come again.

It's a great place to do your laundry, but some irresponsible people leave their laundry when it's already finished in the machine, they don't take it out. Leaving other people to wait for the person to take it

Very clean laundromat with free detergent and free wifi! Parking is easy, as is the use of the machines. I would definitely recommend this laundromat, its also in a convenient location in Taringa.

Great place. Very convenient and with wifi a good spot to get some study done while you wait. Big machines as well which means you can get all you weeks washing done in one go.

Wonderful place super chill and easy to use. Though the dryer took ages to dry my clothes and I had to put it on like 3 times. Also coin machine doesn’t work so use your phone.

Machines are cheap, open 24 hours, usually plenty of street parking, rarely busy so no wait, well lit at night.
