Purchased a mattress and had plenty of guidance, assistance and quick delivery. Decided to buy the same mattress again from the same store for our spare room. Paid $250 for delivery and agreed for it to be delivered on a particular day when we were home (thought the price was crazy, but it was all about the convenience) A week after expected delivery we contacted Snooze who said it had been delivered. No mattress in sight! Chased the delivery driver who provided a photo of it standing along the side of the house. Turns out it had been delivered later than the organised date while we were away, with no correspondence or communication to see if this was ok, and was left out side in solid rain for 3 days before a neighbour had seen it laying in the puddles of water and moved it into our garage. Been a month since we reported the mattress missing to Snooze Knox (before we realised it had been made secure by the neighbour) and no follow up or attempts to help. Wont be seeing any more of our money!

Outstanding customer service. My wife and i visited Snooze to look at a new mattress and bedroom suite. We had looked at a number on line and headed to Snooze in Ferntree Gully. We walked in and headed over to a display. We were greeted with a simple good morning, and were left alone for a few minutes (perhaps 5). Phil made his way over to us and asked if we needed an assistance. We explained what we were looking for. Phil then explained the recommended procedure to select a new mattress. His knowledge in the products was outstanding and his advice was invaluable. Unlike a lot of sales people, Phil was interested in helping us stay with in a budget while ensuring we looked at quality products. I can not recommend Phil highly enough. Recently my fiancé and I bought our first king size bed from Phil at Snooze Knox. The entire experience was outstanding. Having tried numerous stores of varying chains, I was left feeling as dirty as the mattresses I was testing. The salesmen where, more often than not, sleazier than used car salesmen. One even had the rank gold rings and necklace to suit. When we found Phil we were thrilled. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He steered us away from an inappropriate mattress that felt comfortable in the store but would undoubtedly have lead to dissatisfaction down the track. Two months on and our new King Size is the best purchase we have ever made, I don’t even have to touch my fiancée in bed anymore. Sometimes I have to yell at her from across three pillows. My partner and I visited this store today to purchase a new mattress as we recently bought a Koala online and absolutely hate it. Roger assisted us and we were so impressed with his service- he is very attentive, patient, friendly and honest. He was able to find us a mattress that suited us both, which is tricky as according to the mattress machine they have in store my partner and I are complete opposites when it comes to firmness. He gave us a great deal on the mattress and 2 pillows. We are very excited to receive our new mattress and would highly recommend Snooze ferntree gully and Roger.

We had a warranty issue with our mattress. Read the supplied warranty information and the snooze website. All said to return the product to the store. We went into store and spoke to Phill the same sales man that sold us the mattress. He said they couldn't accept the mattress even though it was bagged up. Informed us the warranty requirements are differently to what is written. That we had to email pictures and they would have the mattress processed in the same day. After a week of emails they sent our emails to the manufacturer and we are still waiting. So much for a day turnaround.

My partner and I came in with no knowledge on the perfect mattress for us or mattress types in general, especially having to be particular in finding one that with help with my girlfriends back issues. The best mattress we have ever had. The best sales experience we’ve ever had. David was very thorough and spent a long time with us. Definitely knows his stuff. David could have sold us a more expensive product but instead talked us through the best mattresses for our needs.
