I don't understand, why this place is rated so high. I would like to mention my experience honestly which was not up to mark. From the ticketing, staff behavior was neutral, they were with plane face, almost I can say zero involvement with their job and smile. Secondly the serves jackets, shocks, shoes, and gloves were so-so. At the entrance only the security staff shocked us with a fact that hardly any person spend all 45 minutes inside. After all as we entered, it was a chilled whether (almost -10°C), a snow producing machine was at its work. Only two staffs were inside to attend 15 to 20 persons which was too less. It was a square hall of 4000-5000 sq. feet where different statues were placed which we see usually in parks. We spent money so we started searching for the mode of enjoyment. And finally concluded that maximum three activities were their to perform. First was sliding on a tube (10 meter), trampoline jump, and running and throwing ice balls on each other. The fourth distinguished feature was to take snaps with different animal statues. After 20 mins, they started decreasing the temperature by switching on fans in various directions, which was already at lower side. When asked to the support staff about some additional activities, she mentioned, in last 10 mins, DJ show will be there to enjoy and dance. But it was hard to bear any more and we came out in 30 mins. only. Yes, I got one lesson too. At that place, I was imagining that how difficult the life would be in other cold countries. I thanked god for giving birth in India where I can enjoy variety of whether, cousins, and taste. We bought a combo ticket with 10 minute movie experience. And finally can rate that good. Because that roller coaster ride was something good to experience. So, this was my honest experience with Snow World. Rest you can visit and rate it higher. But I would not, because I found it worthless.

The movie was good but even my 6-year-old found it too short. It's for 5-6 minutes only. The staff is quite helpful though and explained the different options available. Really appreciated their efforts. Snow area is not a really great place though the kids had fun running around in the ice and sliding down the slide. Also the igloo was a good place but crowded so we couldn't take pix there. The ice was quite slippery in some places. We could get a sore ankle because of that (especially the older people). Some fell. The trampoline was torn at the entrance part. One kid fell head first into the snow while he was getting out. Another one fell coz the ladder came off. All this happened in front of my eyes so i was more careful with my kids. The jackets, gloves, socks and boots are not meant for that type of cold. You have to wear your own sweater, socks and woolen gloves under all their flimsy gear. Otherwise you won't be able to have fun there. Or you may have aching bones after the time you spend there. A little more work on the place, and the gear especially, would probably have a better crowd there. Then it would be worth the 750 per head. The mysnapps photos are well taken but each hardcopy costs 200 so we just took all 10 in softcopy and it costed us a total of 500. This Snow Kingdom is smaller than the Bangalore Snow City. Awesome place... At R city mall 2nd floor ghatkopar... Snow was clean... rides and decorations were in good condition. 1 hour session. We took a 1 pm to 2 pm session. 10 to 15 min for dressing up for low temperature. Most of the people especially children, get out before 1 hour because it is too cold. A child below 2 years should not visit. it is not dangerous but they will not enjoy it at such a low temperature and a little bit of a slippery surface. The place is small with only two rides. One simple slide and second with a tube. Sledge carts were there to ride. We have to take care while walking because at some places legs fall deep in snow. They prepare fresh snow in a machine and spread it over the place to enjoy. We paid Rs. 750 per person in May 2023, it is a little high compared to the place. The warm clothes given by them were in good condition not smelling, but the shoes were not our size. One star less rating only because of the high price.

I went with my 7 yrs old son and wife. It was an ok experience. The entry is hourly slot basis. Till then you have to wait till you hourly time starts. You will get a jacket, gum boots and mittens which are just average quality. Once we get inside the snow area, it is pretty cold and the clothing is not very warm. They don't provide any lowers so you need to wear full trousers or full jeans. It takes 15mins for all the visitors to be distributed the clothing material and 45 mins inside the snow area. I would say atleast 70% of the visitors leave before completing 45 mins in snow due to cold. Some small children even start crying due to cold so be careful. Once you leave the snow area, you can rest for sometime and come back in again till your time slot is available. Overall a fun activity for a one time visit at max.

I visited Snow Kingdom. It's an artificial snow park where you can play, dance & click photos. There is a slide where you can sit on tire & enjoy the slide. There is a trampoline for children. Dance is there. Iglu is also there you can go inside, where you feel a bit warm inside. There are mani queen of Cartoon Characters. Also there is rope climbing & a person who climbs faster gets a gift. Once you come out they ask you to fill the survey on TripAdvisor site, If you fill it you get a voucher where on your next visit, on purchase of 2 tickets third ticket is free, but it has date validity. Overall one time experience is good but they need to add more activities in it. Also they only provide sox for legs inside gum boots so your hands feel cold as there is only their gloves which does not give you warmth.

Good experience! I visited this place with my nephew and he really enjoyed it! Entry ticket is 650₹ for a child and 750₹ for adults for an hour. Operational hours are all days 11am to 9 pm. They provide socks, shoes and jackets to survive in snowy places. We can click pictures with cartoons and there’s one slide also. I think one hour is pretty enough to enjoy there. Some photographers come to you to click pictures and you can ask for a soft copy after one hour and they charge some cost for it. They also provide pictures with keychains or in other forms. Music adds to your vibe. I found this place worth it. I’ll definitely recommend this place to spend with your family or friends or with little disasters!

I visited Snow Kingdom Recently situated at R City mall,Ghatkopar ,Mumbai. It can be reached Via,Metro,Or Railway station and through sharing auto to Mall. The price is rupees 750 per person for adults. 250 rupees for children. 2 years and above person allowed. The timing is only 45 min pp. You get shoes,socks,jacket,gloves and cap included. You can keep your valuables in lockers available. If you only want to send your child inside you can watch through screens located in the entrance. There are various slides, and activities to play around. There are food facilities available inside. They have understanding and supporting staff.

Great place for those who have never experienced snow. It's a 1 hour session of which 15 minutes are given for getting ready with a jacket, boots and gloves. The area is full of artificial snow having activities like slide, basketball, rope climbing, DJ, igloo, etc. Weekends are expected to have a good crowd so better to plan on weekdays if you want to enjoy properly. Slightly higher ticket price compared to other snow parks. You can pay 100 extra and get a combo entry for snow kingdom and 6D experience.

We had booked tickets from bookmyshow, that is why there was no waiting time for us. Overall the snow kingdom is good but the area is not that big. They say it is India’s largest theme park which I think is not true. I had visited snow world in Phoenix mall Kurla which is bigger than this and also has a separate ice skating section inside. There is only one slide in snow kingdom which gets crowded because that’s the main attraction in this theme park. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Crowded place on the weekend and 1 hour session time includes the changing time as well. It took us almost 20 minutes in que to get ready and enter so only 40 mins remained. We entered the snow area and after walking within some distance I slipped and fell down on hard slippery snow. Found out that the snow density is not same everywhere also the shoes provided by them had no grip which caused many people slipping here. I still have my waist paining. Other attractions are just okay as only children can have fun. Not much activities for adults. Need to improve/add rides and safety.

Overrated, boring after 5 to 10 mins expensive. There are only 2 things you can do one is a slide where you have to sit on a tire and another is DJ dance. Nothing more than that you pay 1300 for 2 people but u will get bored after 5 to 10 minutes. Regarding jackets and stuff is very smelly, poor quality with no pants. Some shoes are not in good condition, socks are worn out. Once you come outside they will ask to share feedback be honest and share your reviews so they can improve in terms of overall quality. Not worth it ! Not recommended till they improve more things inside.

Fun for kids not so much for adults . my daughter's hands, feet and nose area had all gone numb, she needed to wear mask for releif. But although It was a good experience for my daughter , but never wear short clothes as you will not be able to bear the cold temperatures of -8 degrees Celsius. They also played very loud music which was annoying so much.

Nice and clean play area... clean dresses. Attentive staff. But, lack of attentive staff inside snow area. Only slide was there for kids. Other activities like rock climbing or sniw blower were not in operation. Staff inside snow area average. If u are going with small kids make sure they wear sweatshirts and thick pants under snow jackets... as, temp is quite low. And, do carry extra pair of cloths.

If I could give more stars i would give entire universe! Most amazing experience... superb hospitality... not just made our day but also best birthday memory ever... starting with decoration for the birthday party to welcoming helping us and even served our cake in plates to each one. Words are very few to thank them... i am not only giving u 5 star but universe of love to all the staff.

My journey to the Snow Kingdom was nothing short of magical. The snowy landscapes transported me to a winter wonderland, and the warm hospitality of the staff added an extra layer of joy to the entire experience. Truly grateful for such a memorable visit!

Extremely disappointing, disorganised, rude staff. Staff have No idea whats going on. Serpentine queue. Booking done through bookmyshow for a 3pm slot. Reached fifteen minutes early. Saw rushing and pushing all over for everything, be it Exchanging bookmyshow ticket to a pass. Be it depositing shoes or changing/ wearing jackets. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS. Definitely not recommended

It's a nice experience,but needed to add more slides and fun games and activities for kids as there is only one sliding game and trampoline which is only for the little one and big kids just see them jumping.

It's good if you can't go to Kashmir, though it's too cold and there is nothing much to do apart from a slide and a cave like igloo ..gets boring after a while. 45 minutes is too much, we had to step out in between to warm up a little.

Place is beautiful...but front office staff is also very good ..but few staff inside the snow kingdom is third class ......if u have taken last slot that is 8 t0 9 pm then ..these staff will try to packup early ......where you won't be able to enjoy the fullest.....so make sure you carry a timer inside or don't go for this 8 to 9 slot.....

Good place for spending time with kids, the place isnt very large as such but good enough to hold a group of people at once.. Once you are in you do feel the cold as the jacket don't keep you warm enough but does the job. Not many attractions inside it is just the snow and the slides one can enjoy. One off visit to this place is good.

Good experience for us to be there but prices are more as compared to the timings . They provide you with jackets , gumboots and all . The area is quite small as expected, more fun things can be added. Great place to click pictures but I felt that they are charging excessive for the hard copies of the photographs clicked by them.

Very small area and gets too crowded on weekends, nothing worth visiting, nothing for fun, only to click some photos, prices are high for such small snow kingdom they charge 850 whereas its worth 250 Combo pack includes 12D show which ia totally waste of time and the screen is not clear also sitting arrangement is very small.

Awesome place to go with your family and friends! Inside there are so many activities like sliding, playing with a ball, small igloos, and lots of places to click photos! If you feel too cold, they let you out for sometime and will let you in again. I would definitely go here with my family once again.

One of the most attractive places to visit in Mumbai. I would suggest everyone to have a visit here. This place is best enjoyable for everyone whether bachelor or family. For a humid place in Mumbai this is the best option to opt for freshness like Kashmir. The staffs are very friendly too.

The workers didn't help my friend when she got hurt. they were supposed to stop us when we came down from the slide but they didn't and my friend got hurt on her head.

Amazing experience for snow in Mumbai !! They provide Jacket, gloves, socks and shoes for family fun in snow. 15 min prep time and 45 min play time. There is slide for adults and kids , sledge. One star less as snow fall effect they created only for 5 mins which could have been increased.

I feel it's over valued for a 45 min and very less things to do inside. I have visited snow world in Dubai and comparing that experience I won't even give any rating. But considering in India atleast it should justify for cost. There is only one slide and after sometime you get bored

Nicely done place. Should have been more spacious though and the quality of snow could be improved. Advice for people visiting.. it's very cold in there, cover nose properly and keep rubbing your hands to keep little warm.

We enjoyed a lot. We need more activities for children. So that they don't get bored

Snowkingdom where adults become children. India’s largest theme park Cool !!! Fabulous Place , I went with my family and enjoyed every sec ! You must Try , Best Place to Visit Duration ⭐️⭐️1 hr Timing 11 am to 9pm

Snow kingdom is smaller than snow world but it's overall good to click photos n enjoy snow in mumbai

Very nice. It's a fun place. I had to wait as there were queue. Staffs are helpful. It's too cold and gives good vibe and feel. Music plays constantly inside. They stop the music once the timing is completed.

It is totally worth it nice experience for fun with ur friends nd family...

Great place but poor staff service. Rude people except jacket ladies. They were not ready for us. Feedback given to manager, looks she is not training any1. Sadly Owner your place will die slowly

True snow experience, went on my little toddler’s bday and she enjoyed a lot specially snow balls fight.

A nice place to experience snow within Mumbai. It is bit costly as compared to the things to do there and size of the play area. Good attraction for kids if they have not seen snow before.

I recently visited Snow Kingdom Mumbai, and it exceeded all expectations! The snowfall room and snowball fights were a blast. Great fun for families and friends. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful in-house created snow world. Enjoy inside freezing atmosphere for an hour of which 15 minutes are for wearing shoes and jacket. Ticket is 750 for adult and 650 for children

आत मध्ये खूप जास्त थंड असते. लहान मुलांसाठी तर नाहीच नाही मोठ्यांसाठी ही योग्य नाही आहे ती जागा. थंडीच्या प्रमाणामध्ये आपल्याला दिलेले गरम कपडे व गंभूट हे तुलनेने खूप पातळ असतात

लहान मुलांसोबत खूप मजा आहे... मुंबईतील बर्फाचा आनंद विशेषतः कडक उन्हाळ्यात... माझ्या मुलीला खूप आवडले... तिने बर्फात खूप मजा घेतली...मुंबईत बर्फाचे जग बनवल्याबद्दल धन्यवाद....

It is a must visit joyous and exciting place with lot of activities for interested people. It is very enjoyable from snowball fights to artic igloos and snow sledge ridings.

We enjoyed well with the family. Really adult become kids here. Each and every activity is designed well so that every age group will enjoy. Eagerly waiting for next visit

Good for place, 1 slide is available for kids, I suggest you should wear a mask so that you can breath properly in low temperature or else your nose will start freezing

For hot days it's a good place to chill with your family and friends. Well planned and organised by the staff and also well maintained from inside.

Nice place for kids. Make sure you wear proper clothes for snow & apply cream on your face or else there is a chance of skin burn.
