I had my first experience at Soak Spa recently and have to recommend this establishment. Immediately after securing my booking I received all the information I required via WhatsApp and email and I received reminders of my appointment. The spa is beautifully clean and everything was exceptionally well prepared, I had everything I needed during my visit, received a friendly welcome and enjoyed a good cup of complimentary coffee afterwards. The floatation therapy was a great experience and necessary hygiene and covid protocols are in place. The pod is large and I did not feel claustrophobic as I suspected I might. I have already secured my 2nd booking.

I had high expectations and it didn't quite meet it completely. Don't get me wrong, it was very relaxing and even though it looked like an intimidating space ship, it was comfortable. I thought my slight fear of closed spaces would be an issue but it was ok. It was the steam,The steam just wasn't as intense, I guess I was expecting more from that(I love steaming in my gym steam rooms). I have been giving it a few days to see if I can see some of the benefits and I'm still waiting expectantly. Overall, friendly staff and stylish place and the location(melkbos) is gorgeous.

The spa itself is very clean, neat and such a refreshing space. Such attention to detail in creating a relaxing and aesthetically pleasing place that makes for a lovely experience! I enjoyed both ozone therapy and the pod float experience which was very relaxing and just such a good thing to do for my body, a great investment in my health! All my interactions with Lara and Mary-Ann were incredibly pleasant and friendly with an amazingly quick response time as well. I love my treatments at Soak, I have been back and will continue to come back!

Wow, what an amazing, life-changing experience! I visited Soak Spa for an Ozone treatment (the benefits are amazing) and a half an hour floatation treatment. The floatation treatment is amazing and I can't recommend it enough!!! It is so relaxing and so good for your mind and body, I had to go back for an hour session You get the floatation pod/room all to yourself and have the freedom to make the session what you want. I'm hooked! The spa itself is also very clean and all Covid protocols are seen to. I wouldn't go anywhere else

A friend recommended me to do this, she said that it's a different type of relaxation and you basically rejuvenating your body. She was so right I feel amazing. I did the Ozone, Floatation and the massage.... I feel so relaxed and at peace. Don't want to do anything now. I'm definitely going to do this again. The massage was so good, this girl has the best hands. The staff is professional and very welcoming that immediately put us at ease. Definitely going to convince my husband to do it.Thanks again

My husband and I really enjoyed the floating experience! It was relaxing and we felt the benefits in terms of muscle recovery and quality of sleep. We went to a yoga class before floating. Usually we are sore the next the day, but thanks to the float - no soreness. We also slept insanely well. We did a 60 min float, but it was so enjoyable, it felt like 6 mins. We can highly recommend it

What a divine experience. The spa is incredibly clean, sanitized, well decorated and smells like heaven. The service is welcoming and warm. The treatments are a real treat! I've never experienced a better de-stressor that the floatation therapy. I'll be leaning on that this year, often! Thank you ladies, a real gem on our doorstep.

It is very different to the soak experiences I've had at a different spa company. This one was in a pod. I only did the half hour session but could easily have laid there for an hour or more. I fell asleep during my session and found it very relaxing.
