Will never walk into this store again! I went in with my son to look for soccer cleats, tried on a few but I needed a half size which she didn't have. I looked online to see if there were options, something I am allowed doing. When I kindly told her that I'd be back, she went to another client who was with her child and bad mouthed me in french saying she has no patience for people like me who come into the store, try on stuff but then order online (which I wasn't doing at all). When I went closer to ask her another question about soccer tights, she just said "no, no I don't have anything for you". Shocked, I told her that I wasn't ordering anything, that I was simply looking online for options, she told me straight to my face she doesn't have patience at 5pm for people like me. ALL this not only in front of MY child but also another customer who was with her child. Disgusting behavior. Stay away. People shouldn't be in retail if they can't have good customer service wether it's 9am or 5pm. I'd rather give my money to a big box store or online than this place. STAY AWAY!!

We've been going to Soccer Experts for years, have bought at least 10 pairs of cleats, service was always good, until earlier this week when we went to return a pair after they unglued at the first practice. I had to fight with them for a replacement, they said that they can't take the risk because they don't know if Addidas will replace them. I didn''t appreciate how as soon as we presented them the saleswoman asked my son "What did you do?" and commented later "You must have dragged your foot when kicking." They initially wanted to return them to Addidas and have me wait for a decision. Then they wanted me to pay $20 for a replacement. And finally they replaced them at no cost. Needless to say I never want to go back there.

Been going to Soccer Experts since 1995 when they had the funny looking bicycle kick logo created by the owner's son :). Nothing has changed. Amazing inventory, great customer service, and a pleasure to see what they always have. Same owner since the beginning which is great to see. Never had a bad experience with them. Great prices and helpful staff. They are the heart of all soccer for West Island and the Monteregie region. I wouldn't recommend to go anywhere but here. No other sports store carries the inventory they do when it comes to soccer. Only go to the experts in Soccer. A+

Helpful service when I was there picking out shoes. But then the cleats started coming unglued, so were clearly defective. So brought them back but one of the owners I think refused to refund me or give me a credit, saying Adidas would never take them back from him. Fast forward 2 weeks later and Adidas is accepting my shoes back under warranty and sending me a credit to get other shoes from their website, as they agreed they looked defective. They accepted without any protest. Not sure I would recommend soccer experts now...

One of the few remaining mom and pop stores and by far the best soccer ⚽ focussed shop in the west island. They are honest with you and offered outstanding personalized service. Having multiple kids in soccer year round they're our top destination for shoes of all sorts. Good selection of jerseys and kits as well as balls and training accessories. All the staff is great. They truly are experts in their field. And the pricing is also good. When they say to encourage local economy this is a great example.

What great service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the place you want to go for your soccer needs. I read the reviews before going and decided to find out for myself and am glad I did. Prices are great and the attention that we received was outstanding. We bought cleats, pads, ball and water bottle. All Nike and the total was under $150. WOW. Can't go wrong.

We just bought shoes for my son on Thursday August 7th, 2023. We got the most amazing service from a young man who took the time with my son to try various soccer shoes and accessories and give him some tips. My son and I were very impressed.

So thrilled with our experience at this store. They had a huge selection of cleats and turf shoes at very decent prices and were extremely helpful! My daughter was thrilled with her turf shoes and jersey! My new favourite soccer store!

Wife received rude service. Also told sale would not be refunded and only exchanges are allowed. This is not even legal in Quebec. I will not return. This is from one of the owners.

Their jersey is poor quality plus the lady working there was so rude !! Never going back again plenty of stores with respectful workers and better product quality of course.

Ridiculously high prices and apparently you dont have the choice to look at options you like; the owner tries to force sell what he wants. Will never go there again!!

Great place to get all your soccer gear. Great selection of shoes for kids and adults. Some good deals from time to time in the clearance items as well.

Too many staff with not so many customers. Not a fan of hearing about their personal lives as they stand around while customers walk through them.
