Stavamo andando verso Lyabi Khauz e sulla strada abbiamo visto questo localino. Abbiamo deciso di andare lì e abbiamo fatto bene. Alla fine c’eravamo noi, dei nonnini che giocavano a scacchi e bevevano tè, e alcuni ragazzi operai che si erano fermati a pranzo. Non ce un menù, ti dicono loro cosa hanno. Abbiamo ovviamente preso il plov e dimlama e ci hanno portato diverse insalate, pane, del tè verde con miele in cristalli, e frutta fresca per fine pasto. Che dire?! Il miglior pasto fratto in Uzbekistan, semplice ma buonissimo.

Best Plov I've had in Bukhara. Lots of fresh sides. Cucumber,tomato and dill so fresh. Lovely quince.
