I received a voucher for Christmas and was so excited to enjoy a pamper session. However I should have known from the beginning this wouldn’t be a truly indulgent experience, starting with the incredible difficulty to reach the spa by phone to secure an appointment and then for the staff to communicate and lock in the appointment. The day of my appointment (at 2pm) I received a call at 1:35pm from the spa stating very rudely that I was late to which I informed them I certainly wasn’t. I arrived at the spa 5 minutes later only to be rushed through to a treatment room (no fluffy robe for me!) and told I could fill out my paper work later. The massage and facial I received were good but it took me a great deal of time to truly relax given the rush around. Nor were the different massage treatments explained to me and alas, the facial and massage were quite standard. No true skin consultation had, straight away face down on the table! Skin allergies or skin type were not even discussed, nor the products used. The final straw was being taken back to the common area and requesting some information regarding the products, the therapist couldn’t escape quickly enough and for that matter-me neither! The woman on the front desk was dismissive, beyond rude (again!) and completely unprofessional-demanding payment (I had a voucher which I had only informed her of 5 times during the appointment making peoxess!) and when I asked about the paper work that was so important when I had first arrived she said “don’t bother”. A nice enough space but truly, go anywhere else if you’re after some indulgence! Not worth your money and time!

I have booked a threatment for my wife's 40th Birthday back in November last year for 3 people. It has been a frustraring experience trying to reach the reception but I understand as it was a busy perid and eventually I was able to speak to someone to purchase a package. After explain that my idea was to have lunch( at their restaurant next door) and then a treatment I was told to purchase a package called GLOWING GROUP PACKAGE, so I happily paid for the 3 packages and hang up. My wife and her friends booked for the 10/06/21 and to make sure everything was going well I called the restaurant when they where on the way to confirm their arrival. A lady answered and said that they had no booking and the restaurant was closed for private function, then panicking I tried to call the Spa whout succes. On their arrival I later discover that the lunch was not at the restaurant but a bowl of salad offered at the Spa in a disposable container with disposable cutlery?!? I had no idea that the luch was meant to be like that and if I knew I will definetly not booked for that, maybe is a simple miscommunication but that ruined the experience I was meant to give to my wife for such an important event. The treatment was good and staff friendly that's the only reason because I give 3 starts otherwise it would be 1 without doubt.

I had booked in for my mother and I last week to have a facial and massage in the couples room, as this was a special day together for us. I had sent back/forth emails with different staff members to customise our package, as my mother cannot be laying for too long for a massage, and this was confirmed would be ok in email. When we got there on the day, the therapists took us into separate rooms, and it wasn’t until I had to tell them we specifically requested to be together that they moved us. They had not idea about our customized package and it was difficult to re-explain this again so we didn’t get what we asked for. I also never received a confirmation message, so getting to the Spa was difficult and we had to walk around twice to find it. Overall, the massage and facial were below average. The therapist didn't put any pressure into the massage, even when I asked for it to be firmer. The facial was not relaxing, the therapist kept applying different cleansers/exfoliants without actually working them in, and then would barely wipe them off before the next step. My skin was left to feel really uncomfortable and congested afterwards, I washed my face as soon as I got home. For the price point, I would not recommend this Spa. I gave 2 stars because the setting and rooms were nice.

My partner and I had a gorgeous experience at the Spa with recommendations from the management in what treatment I may enjoy the most and with whom I may most enjoy.it with as I’m in the health industry myself. I had the highly experienced gentleman from Thailand who was able to read my body during the massage and give good advise at the end of it. Without me moving he could tell I was extremely flexible and could do with some little more strength for my muscles. He was spot on as I’m a yoga teacher and could do with a little more strength right now. The massage was of perfect pressure which is unusual to find in therapists these days and very therapeutic. I’ve had many maddages in my life and I could highly recommend my experience. The management also recommended making a full experience of the visit by finishing off with a lovely lunch at Botanica .

My delightful wife gifted me a traditional Marma abhyanga massage. For those unfamiliar,it's an ancient treatment with spiced oil. From booking in, being welcomed by the amazing Catherine, to the wonderful lounge waiting room, it was an outstanding experience. My therapist was Tammy(or Tammie?) And her smoothness and long continuous long strokes was blissful. Two litres of oil was used on me while my heart centred was aligned. I even received a free reiki from T. Being the last customer of the day, my shower was not rushed. (THAT shower room!!!! ) ill be back...this time with my wife. Amazing. Great work to Zoe and her team. Ps. Got a 1 hour facial and a massage done from here and I want to give this place 5 stars because the masseuse was so kind. However, after my botanical facial my skin glowed temporarily basically until I got home and I really didn’t feel a difference so I felt the facial was not in-depth or the products were high quality and wasn’t worth the price. I’ve had better at other spas like Gillian adams - who do incredible facials leaving you glowing for days!! The massage was great. Go for the massage if you’re in the area but maybe do a different facial or skip the facial. Not their strength.

I’ll always go to Sol Spa for my massages when I’m in Sydney. I went there this week for a massage with Toki and it was the best I’ve ever had. I was given a cosy robe and slippers while I prepared for my massage in the waiting/relaxation room. I came out of my massage feeling so relaxed, I could barely speak. Toki gave me a delicious tea afterwards. All of the staff there are really friendly and always make it feel like a true escape. Everything about it was pure bliss. I live in the States usually and have had a lot of massages there but not one has ever been as amazing as this.

Had a lovely morning at Sol Spa for a massage and facial with a group of friends. We received warm herbal tea on arrival followed by our treatments. My favourite was the facial - very relaxing with quality products leaving the skin feeling refreshed. The therapist talked through what she was doing and the products she used. The waiting area also relaxing for before/after the treatments where we had a glass of champagne and lounged on the day beds. Perhaps some ambient music would have enhanced the experience. It was a little difficult to find the spa within the complex.

Edit: I purchased a multi treatment package for my wife. She mentioned that the room assigned her had no shower so she had to travel to other rooms between treatments which wasn't well planned by Sol Spa. Additionaly, the speakers in the room weren't working so the therapist played music from her phone and the tea offered was served in disposable plastic cups. These aren't significant issues but I would expect more from this type of venue; the quality of product and service should be reflective of the cost, which is on par with a reasonable in-hotel spa.

I was given a 30th birthday voucher to attend this lovely space last year. It was by far one of the most luxurious solo experience of my life. Beginning with a glass of bubbly in front of a beautiful green garden backdrop to aid your relaxation mode. The Therapists will then show you to your personal spa room where you will experience the most relaxing facial and full body massage leaving you cleansed and rejuvenated. Ending with a beautiful Japanese bento lunch box & cocktail. Highly recommend this experience to gift your loved ones!

This is my second time to Sol Spa and I must say I love the customer service all the staff are so lovely and polite. One of my favourite things to do is sit in the waiting room and have some Zen time to myself however today there was a group of other women waiting who were chatting amongst themselves quite loud and also on FaceTime with children which ruined my experience. My only recommendation would be to keep the waiting room phone free/ noise free to allow your customers to fall into a zen state before their session.

Highly recommend Sol Spa for an indulgent self pampering time. I booked the Rose Quartz Pamper Package and am extremely happy with the service and facilities. My therapist was the lovely Toki and she made my session wonderful. She has an amazing sweet and calming energy and made sure that my time there was great My skin is glowing and currently sitting in the Lounge area sipping tea. It’s a very calming space filled with serenity. Thank you to the team at Sol Spa. I will definitely come again.

One of the best day spa experienced I had at Sol Spa all thanks to the incredible spa manager Zoe. Zoe went way and above to ensure our experience was nothing but the best and that we left feeling relaxed, pampered and satisfied with the high quality service we received. Our massage and facial was one of the best we have had so if you are looking for a spa that will take the time to make sure you leave feeling your best and one happy customer make sure you visits Sol Spa.

I realised how overdue I was for some spa indulgence when I was gifted a voucher for a Sol Spa experience from my family. The experience was a real treat! I loved everything about Sol Spa including the gorgeous interiors, but my Guinot hydradermie facial was fantastic and the customer service I received was excellent! I would definitely return for a repeat treatment and to try some of the pamper packages which looked amazing!! I highly recommend this spa!

What a wonderful experience! We arrived and were greeted with a smiling reception desk who offered us a glass of champagne as they were running behind schedule. My friend and I indulged in the Sol Spa Lux package and it was wonderful from start to finish. We slipped on a lush robe and slippers, moved into our respective rooms and we're utterly pampered from start to finish, both leaving feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. We will be going back for sure!

Most amazing and luxe experience at Sol Spa. I bought The Botanica Luxe Package for my mum and I to celebrate her birthday; champagne on arrival, full body scrub, massage and facial, finished off with lunch and another glass of champagne. Wow! What an absolutely beautiful experience. I was initially booked in for a different service but as I am pregnant they weren’t able to do it however they offered me a beautiful facial instead and it was just so divine and exactly what i needed. Just completed a 90-minute treatment and I can genuinely say this was the best experience I’ve had. My treatment was very thorough and I was well taken care of all the way through. From the lighting to the the music and my amazing therapist, I was made to feel extremely relaxed and comfortable where I was truly able to switch off and enjoy every minute.

We received a voucher for a couples package, and it was such a lovely and relaxing experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, amenities were clean, and the whole appointment went so smoothly. I visited the spa yesterday with a girlfriend and we were greeted by friendly staff on arrival making us feel very welcome and important. From here the rest was total bliss- the fluffy robes, iced tea and the amazing full body massage from Kit- total bliss! Couldn't fault anything and will be back next time I'm in Sydney.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The spa has a lovely, feminine feel. The facial was very relaxing and the massage was nice though felt like it was cut a bit short. Our package came with a bento box that consisted of cold falafel, chicken and tofu, I think a fresh salad or sandwich would have been more suitable.

Absolutely beautiful spa located in Vaucluse. I chose to have the lunch option with champagne with one of my girlfriends for her birthday. It is the perfect place for a girls pamper day. Lots of rose quartz crystals and gorgeous pink aesthetic. Staff are incredibly friendly & helpful. Will be back for sure.

We had my sisters hens party at the botanica restaurant. Before hand we wanted the bridesmaids to have a spa treatment. The sol spa was the place to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The treatments were relaxing and refreshing. I can’t thank sol spa enough for making the day so wonderful.

Really nice location for the spa. You have the option of sipping on a sparkly before the spa session. Massage and facial were nice. Added lunch and another sparkly after the session too. Parking is free all day on certain sections. Look at the website for more details on where to enter and park.

Rude and could not even take a booking properly- mixed up both my partner's and my appointments. I cancelled the appointment and the only thing they did that was right was refund . Not worth even calling them or using them...
