Today, on 11th February 2022, I had gone to post office situated in the building of the High Court. I wanted postal stamps, however the person who was on the table, gave me Court fees stamps!!! Fortunately the person on the next table realized that and told me that you have to affix postal stamps and not Court fees stamps. I didn't know that post office also provides Court fees stamps. I told stamp vendor in the post office that you should have asked me which type of stamps I need. Hearing that post Master shouted and told me not to misbehave, he further loudly said he can speak loudly. I requested him to behave properly. Than I requested thrice to give me complain book, however he didn't provide it. I don't understand how a person can know that post office provides Court fees stamps too. Is it not there duty to ask which type of stamps a person requires? Moreover, I had two covers in my hand, he could have easily made out which stamps I am asking for. Post Master is rude and doesn't know how to behave with customers.

It was a festival of Rakshabandhan. Every sister has deep desire to tie rakhi to her brother, thus I. I went to the Postoffice and attained the required procedure for sending Rakhi to my brother at UK. I felt uncertainty because of the pandemic situation. It was already late. Generally I send Rakhi before a month because the postal service left a bad impression on my mind. I hadn’t have any good memory with respective departmental service. This time I had the same grudges while sending the Rakhi. I expected one month while there were only 10 days were left for Rakshabandhan. I sent it. Surprisingly, I got a call before Rakshabamdhan from my brother. He had shown me Rakhi which he got on an early day of Rakshabamdhan. I amazed. I was cheered up. I was wholeheartedly Applauding the Indian postal service. Thank you.

Worst service ever!! They don’t know how to talk with the customers. My mother went today for posting rakhi but the 2 guys over there were worst they don’t even deserve a job who can’t respect people and don’t work there work!!

3rd class service. જ્યારે જાઓ ત્યારે પૈસા ना હોય. પૈસા હોય તો અડધો કલાક રાહ જોવાની. ટાઇમ 10 થી 5 છે પણ 2 વાગે પૈસા લેવા જાઓ તો ટાઇમ પુરો થઈ ગયો એવો જવાબ મળે છે.. સાવ ભંગાર અને સાવ ગયેલી કક્ષાની સુવિધા છે..

Never opens at 9am. Guy always comes after 9:45am. And he does not accept any envelope before 10am. Do not go before 10am.

I have visited here at 4:45 pm and it closed.
