i was recently here and brought my husband with me. we usually go to the branch at latimer. the lady at the cash counter was rude and racist to my black husband. she said some nasty things in tagalog, she did not know that i could understand what she said. this is unfortunate for their business. i have also contacted the latimer branch and complained about the rude and prejudiced woman with glasses. disappointing and disgusting behavior.

really over priced for what you get! almost $10 for lunch special which is 2 items with rice. The meal was mostly rice AND THE RICE WAS SUPPER MUSHY (I ended up tossing it) !!! the meat itself wasn't that good to be honest, I've had much better bbq skewers for much less. I was going to bring my co-workers here but I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Years back, this Filipino resto was the go to place. Unfortunately, not anymore. (In my opinion). Just bought pork sisig and igado today for lunch and brought it home. Sadly, sisig is just an old refry, repeat, and very hard to chew. Ended up throwing it. Igado, as per my husband say “ mamantika” (oily). Not going back ❌

How does it come up to $30 for 2 items, rice and 2 soft drinks??? The server said the rice is not included and we had to pay extra for it. The 2 items portion are small. It is OVER PRICED! All we wanted was a takeout box like the reviewer "Al Kyle" but we got served in 3 different boxes. There was no menu price too.

Theres the odd time where the food is abit off. But its mostly pretty good. The price is high for buffet style service. Other than that the food is cooked well. I would recommend visiting at peek times for fresh food. Use proper judgement like any buffet style restaurant the food can dry out.

Used to be the best place for Filipino take out food, but sadly.. quality has declined, we have been ordering from them for many years, but the taste and quality of the dishes have change. We tried again to see if it was just an off day, but still no what it used to be.

Lumpias are the only good thing there. But they shut down the fryers way earlier than the posted time...like 45 mins to close they don’t want to start up the oil to fry 50-100 lumpias.... that’s business lost cause the teenager serving was lazy!

It’s in a convenient location though I don’t quite know why they did 3 different stores all fairly close to each other? The ginataan halo halo is good and so is their red bean hopia

I originally came for halo halo , but they didn’t have it :( , I ended up getting adobo on rice and sinigang. Both really good :) and really nice staff.

the taste of the food is not consistent. sometimes it tastes fine. Maybe it depends on who's cooking.
