First time visiting Dr and it was an overall pleasant experience. Patients are seen to promptly. With 3 patients before us, I was expecting an hour long wait but we were welcomed by reception and seen by Dr all within half an hour.
Could have spent more time checking on what can be done to assist me... I was checked in below 5 mins
