What can I say about Sophie’s beauty room! It’s an amazing place to get your eyebrows done and other facials. My eyebrow beautician is Rita, and I always go to her for my eyebrows. She LITERALLY fixed my eyebrows as they were horrible in the beginning! It’s like a blessing in disguise to be honest. I’m really glad that I found Sophie’s beauty as I moved to the local area, and most definitely strongly recommend anyone who wants to do their eyebrows, do them here! It is pricey, but definitely worth it!

Rita does my eyebrows and WOW. I'm a little bit traumatised from a bad threading experience a couple years ago so I'm really very particular with the way I like my eyebrows and rita gets it right every single time. She is so patient and takes her time to achieve perfection. Love coming to get my eyebrows done and having a chat with Rita and being treated as a friend right when you walk through the door. This place is so worth it, amazing job ladies! You have yourself one loyal customer :)

Love my brows by Rita <3 I recently moved in the area and was looking for a new beauty salon- I found it! I have naturally thin eyebrows but always try for the thick luscious look. No one has made my brows look as thick and natural as Rita. Before I left, both Rita and Sophie gave me advice on my upcoming lash service. I was very impressed as I was the last customer and at no point did they rush me out the door. They made me feel welcomed and that their clientele are important to them.

I’ve been going to Sophie for almost a year now for various services and she has absolutely transformed my eyebrows and skin. I always have a little nap while she does my lash lift and always make sure I’m comfortable. But all the ladies at Sophie’s Beauty Room are awesome with their service and care for their customers. I came here for a brazilian wax not too long ago. The staff member was great and the place was clean and cute. The only reason why I am giving it 3 stars was because I didn't get the results I wanted. There were still hairs even though this wasn't my first time getting waxed. I've had better results with other places before so I wasn't too happy with the result here :)

Wait time is minimal, the appointment process is easy and organised (although not surprisingly, Sophie is so popular, but appointments can be arranged in advance) and Sophie is the sweetest girl, always bubbly and happy while providing a professional service. I walked in with short, thin and uneven eyebrows. 60mins later, I walked out with eyebrows so good, you could cry tears of joy. Rita is a miracle worker at achieving the perfect eyebrow shape and colour. She also takes the time to explain the process and how to maintain them at home. Just had to share this last night i had the most amazing facial by Rita, it is so good to go to a salon and know that you will receive the best treatment and made to feel they care. Rita certainly knows how to look after you and her massages are amazing.
