I am compelled to change my review for this Spa. I initial experience was very good but problem started when I become member. Once they have taken membership amount, they started treating not so good. As far as therapists are concerned, they are very good, however management is very poor. They have two rooms with shower room attached and up bed for massage. For other rooms you have to come out to go to shower and big hassles. Every time while booking appointments I have to mention room type. Last two occasions they are confirming me room with attached shower room, but taking very lightly and when I reached I find it’s not available. Last week Sat I had to return back but more surprising is the behavior as then don’t express any regret and I simply cancelled and I came back. I don’t recommend to go there

on our visit to soul senses, we were welcomed from the reception and offered to experience the jacuzzi while we wait for our massage. Afterward, we went for the deep tissue massage the ladies were professional and experienced. Surely we will come again as we feel the hospitality and professionalism of the staff

Soul Senses in Novotel Abu Dhabi is amazing. The service is great. You will feel refreshed and at peace after every massage. Rindu, Jenny, and Rose are fantastic massage therapists. They understand your bodily needs and can target specific muscles and nerves to ease tension and tightness.

Did a couples massage in same room with masseuses Nur and Emy (1 hour oil aroma to therapy) - we had an excellent massage and will be back. Tariq was extremely helpful in answering my initial queries over the phone and for organising our massages. We will definitely be back!

Very cozy spa . I was given a massage by the therapist Farida, the massage was deep and strong I really liked ❤️ it And then I went to the steam and jacuzzi I had a great time After the sauna I was given menthol tea, I left happy and relaxed I recommend everyone to visit

Nice Spa and clean. the staf were welcoming. It was a really good massage, done by Tini she focused exactly where I requested, in a lovely setting, however the room was a bit coold. I will definitely be going back!

Its under the premium outlets but it wasn’t. It didn’t feel like a spa. The massage rooms had a gym opposite of them. You could hear kids running and people talking. Not a nice “relaxing” experience.

Great place and good therapist. Taking a 12 month package is a wonderful deal for regular members. Jenny and Rose are great therapist who helped in curing the serious muscle spasm and injuries.
