These guys have been the most emotional support for my surgery even more so than my plastic surgeon whom I only saw for 5 mins at the theatre before operation. They were really nice and warm and made sure I felt comfortable. I can't remember her name but there was a lady on Thurs night 16 June who waited with me and helped me get into my partner's car. I felt sick a few days after, sent them a text and Dr Rob immediately called me back to sort me out. Thank you

I recently had cataract surgery performed by Dr Cronin who consults out of the Queensland Eye Institute in the same building at this day surgery. Incredibly professional approach from the appointment booking process through to discharge. All staff involved in the process are efficient and professional leading to a seamless process. The nurses in post op recovery are truly lovely. Can't recommend this organisation highly enough.

From admission, pre surgery and post surgery all staff were extremely helpful and made sure I was well looked after right up to walking out the door. A far superior experience than one I had a few months earlier at another day hospital. Would go back to SBDH without hesitation.

What a mess. They are hopeless. Cant get any info even if you book 6 months ahead. Mad panic on the day of the operation. Rude accounts woman. Why bother there are better places to do surgery with without the aggravation from the staff.

I had a fantastic experience at South Bank Day Hospital! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel super safe during my procedure and I could not recommend the hospital enough.

I had lasik eye surgery and my surgeon told the nurses to make sure I'm given specific eye drops to help with the pain and they just FORGOT. I was in severe pain and couldn't see for 3 hours.

All staff from check in to nurses and after care teams were absolutely lovely and professional, and the whole experience was very well planned out.

The male nurse I had last Wednesday was such a laugh ! I was so nervous pre op bit his humor kept me occupied!
