I took my Lancer in last week to get the passenger airbag replaced as part of the Takata airbag recall. As I am a perfectionist, almost to a fault, I always keep my car in tip top condition and only let others work on my car when I have no other option. When I arrived to pickup my car, I was a little disappointed to find that rubbish had been left on the seats and in the foot wells by the mechanics. After inspecting my car for damage, as I always do after it has been worked on by someone, I found that the right indicator light in the instrument cluster was not working. I brought up the issue with Zoran, the person who had served me. He was very surprised and confused to hear that it wasn't working and inspected it himself before going to speak with the mechanics. Quite a while later, he came back to me with a single piece of paper, with no timestamp, and a hastily scribbled note, still with wet ink, written on it. The note read that the light was not working prior to me bringing in my car. Unfortunately, these lights were one of the few things I had not taken pictures of previously in case the mechanics caused damage to my car. Therefore, Zoran claimed that it was not his responsibility and there was nothing he would do about it. I then noticed that the seatbelt light in the instrument cluster was only intermittently working and brought this up. Zoran then agreed for his mechanics to inspect the cluster for damage they may have caused. Nearly an hour later after the mechanics had fiddled around with the dash, I was given an very inconsistent and ever-changing description of why the lights were not working. Zoran explained how they had switched the globes in the left and right indicator lights around, only to find that they now both weren't working. I had dash cam footage with audio during the time that the mechanics were working on the car, which gave some insight into what they were doing. It is hard to say exactly what their explanation was as Zoran seemed to change the story every time he contradicted himself or got caught out by the audio in the footage. Essentially, they claimed that there was an underlying electrical issue with my car that was causing the lights not to work in the cluster. Soon after this, Zoran switched to another story saying that it must have been purely coincidental that the cluster had stopped working during the time it was in his care. This was despite that fact that he had admitted to removing the cluster on numerous occasions and had explicitly stated that when they were trying to troubleshoot the right indicator globe, they had damaged the left indicator globe causing them both not to work. Zoran then resorted to a story that it was just wear and tear and nothing they had caused. I asked for clarification on what was considered 'damage' as opposed to what was considered 'wear and tear' but Zoran refused to give a clear distinction between the two. He said that if it was damage caused by the mechanics, despite him not being able to give a description of what damage was, they would cover the cost. However, if it was found to be wear and tear, I would be charged $150 per hour of labour plus any additional part costs. I find it appalling that a dealership can be so irresponsible and treat customers with such neglect.
Do not waste you time with this unprofessional untenable car yard. Unfortunately my local Mitsubishi in Heidelberg closed down and I was reluctant but had to find a new Mitsubishi for services and sales. Please Byers beware do not use this company I would suggest going to Preston Mitsubishi instead. Customer service was atrocious mad house know one has a clue what there doing! I booked in my car to get a part serviced two months prior due to long wait time on courtesy car. I was quoted over the phone and booked in. The day of the service know one had a clue what I was talking about and told me there was no booking I was sent from one department to another. After wasting my time they found an unfinished quote for my car then told me the part is no long available??? I have taking the day of work and had my time and money wasted for there incompetence. Avoid the disappointment and go to a real Mitsubishi that want you business. As a reply to your response it would have been nice if you where as quick to deal with my problem while I was there as you are responding to negative reviews online trying to make your self look like a respectable business. Firstly I was booked in for a part replacement not a service. As I told your staff but went on deaf ears. I had book two months in advance and still you couldn’t get it right. As I said as your staff didn’t listen or even try to resolve the issue at hand the part centre found an incomplete quote that was never followed up. As you didn’t care or want my business you told me the part was discontinued (LIE). And told me to deal with it my self. I called Mitsubishi Australia and they where happy to inform me that I was mislead buy your parts centre and the part was indeed available for stock to all Mitsubishi dealers all over Australia. They all so put me through to a trust worthy Mitsubishi company (PRESTON) and the issue will be fixed as soon as Friday. I would again highly discourage recommend or even condone using south morang Mitsubishi in any business or personal capacity to any of my friends family or Colleagues. I found your response misleading to the consumer. And in true colours off South Morang Mitsubishi the behaviour was antagonising and the blame was shifted to the customer.
Tried purchasing a car through this dealership and it couldn’t have been more difficult. Highly unprofessional staff and practices at this location. Complete disregard for the fact my family had previously purchased multiple cars from their franchise before. The car I was looking at purchasing was a 2016 Subaru Levorg. I had dealt with Roger and Charles, who organised a test drive for the car and I was genuinely interested in the vehicle. I asked about the time the car has spent in the lot, due to the car having rust on its calipers and rotors. I was told that it had been no longer than two months, found out from another dealership that the car had in fact been sitting for more than 180 days in their lot. Alongside this, I had arranged external finance with my bank, and the loan required the purchased car to be pre-registered for the loan approval. The dealership refused to register the car to allow me to purchase it, even after lengthy conversations between the bank and dealership, the result was me demanding my money back from the deposit. The salesperson told me repeatedly that they had never heard the terms of my Secured Loan before, even after I had sent them the official approval forms and loan approval guidelines, which clearly stated the car must be registered, either in dealerships name or purchaser’s name. When first looking at the car I had a Family member also look at the car with another Salesperson, when negotiating with them we resulted in two different prices, my salesperson telling me they can’t do any lower, that their manager wouldn’t allow it. As this back and forth conversation continued, myself and my family member were insulted by both Roger and Charles. The two staff members were highly unprofessional and showed disgusting behaviour however, I’m much happier that I didn’t give my money to such people.
Wow what an experience!!! My wife and I came into the Dealership with the intention to have a look at potential vehicles to purchase. It was the first and only Dealership we visited. We were straight away greeted by Danny Petrov. We had no real intention of buying a vehicle that day but Danny's real sense of customer service and outstanding knowledge of the product sold us on the spot. I work for Mercedes-Benz and I know a great genuine salesman when I see one. He pre-emptived all my questions to a point where my wife and I were left stunned with mouths gapping in astonishment. We explained our strict budget and he respectively took that into consideration. Never tried to up-sell us at any point because he understood our situation. Speaking to us, I felt like I have Known Danny for years. We just felt so comfortable with him. No pressure or confusion. We later were introduced to a Business Manager named James Merrett. And again were amazed by the professionalism and speed of his services. We were in & out with a fantastic deal on a brand New Pajero Sport Exceed. A week later we have taken delivery of the vehicle and we are so amazed with it. Well done to South Morang Mitsubishi on having these two individuals on your team. We are now life long customers to your Dealership thanks to Danny & James and will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
Just had my Outlander 2022 servicing done from here. I was reluctant going here reading the reviews but thought to give a chance. They are so confident to LIE on customers face. Prior leaving the car for service I showed my service advisor, Samuel Blandford, that volume up button on steering wheel is not pressing. He checked it and made notes. Once I came to pick up the car, he said “we didn’t fix the volume button as all cars are like that, I checked.” I repeated so all new outlanders you are selling doesn’t have volume button on steering wheel which press ? He confidently said yes. I told him I want to look at other cars, and he said you can if you want. I made my way to showroom and was assisted later by some young sales lady. She compared the new car and my car volume button and immediately realised that it’s faulty. She guided me to my advisor and explained him that I have a faulty part. Kudos to her. Then my advisor said, ok I will order new part, it’s a wait could be 3 weeks or more and comments from volume button were given by team on shop floor. Also he said the part can take longer and would be more than 3 hours to change the volume button on my steering wheel. No further paper work was provided. Never coming here again. Mitsubishi will lose its repo with this kind of blame game and customer service.
I came in was hoping to buy a car and negotiate the price, the price was $22,800 Charles told me what will the price Im willing to pay because he don’t want to waste time, so i said somewhere $22,000 if the car in good condition, then he allow me to test drive. As soon as I got into the car I saw so many scratches inside, the door part also ripped, no floor mats, only 1 key provided then I told him with this condition i can only go $21,000 or $22,000 with extra 5 years warranty. As soon as I disagree on $22,000 Charles said Im wasting his time and I can go. I can’t believe a second ago he was super nice and now he flipped his face in just seconds. Customer service very poor, if you expecting people to come in and buy whatever the price you gave out then your dreaming and when people not agree with the price due to condition of the car or whatever the reason is you shouldn’t say they wasting your time, your open for business people aren’t allow to come in to waste your time? Very disappointed, lucky I wasn’t agreed to that price because I found something way better, 1 year newer and especially they’re in perfect condition, no scratches with floor mats and double keys. Anyway it was a good experience so that me and my family knows to keep away from this dealership.
Pathetic service by service department. Booked in for 9 am appointment to get I drive installed in my Pajero sport GSR which I bought from them a week ago. And I waited for 3.5 hours to get it back. I was told it will take 20 minutes to an hour and you can drive the car. I was waiting for my car and went back to enquire about the status update but the guy in service department Sam was so unprofessional to give me the answer “I do t know” it may take couple of hours as you need to get your powered tailgate and rear left door checked. After 3:25 hours I lost my patience and went on to get a peek of my car and to my surprise the car was already parked in the parking and no body was feeling the responsibility to call me or text me. Any ways no surprises, my door issue is still there. He said that they changed some spacer gap for my rear door but it’s still the same. Never going back to get my car serviced to South Morang Mitsubishi. You lost a customer. The Sales rep Roger was fantastic though throughout the sales process and he was responsive as well. Sorry Roger, the experience with service department was a let down.
I bought a demo Mitsubishi over the weekend and felt that we received such excellent and unexpectedly friendly service from the few people we interacted with but mainly Igor. From the first inquiry to the handover, Igor was prompt, helpful, down to earth and we felt he was very genuine to us.. which is unfortunately not the experience we had been having previous in our shopping experience at other dealerships and manufacturer showrooms. He also made an extra effort to provide good service to me, even replying to text when he was on his day off!! He definitely was the difference for us to make the happy choice to buy the car from this dealer over other dealers we also visited. They were not pushy and we felt we had a relaxing car shopping experience. If you can get Igor to help you with your shopping and making your choice you will be in good hands for sure! Very poor customer service. I actually ordered my car through leasing and was directed to this dealership to get it. I didn’t receive any proper communication from the staff regarding my order and I have to call them every single time to get updates. I only received a call only for the pick up date and they want me to pick it up the same day he called. How convenient! I was on the middle of my holiday interstate and no clear communications from you. On the day of the pick up, he didn’t even face me to explain what we need to know regarding the car, he asked someone else to face us. When we passed by his office, he was just joking around with other staff. How frustrating. Pretty bad experience dealing and getting a car with you. Hope this warns other perspective buyers to get your car from other mitsubishi dealership. Don’t get me wrong, still love my car.
When buying a second hand car from these people make sure you have it independently checked. My teenage son bought a car from this dealer, the old owner advised us it had cracked rims and to beware. We bought the car with the assurance that the rims were in good order and roadworthy. I drove the car 50m up the road to have them checked after we picked it up, 2 rims cracked. One dangerously so. A leaking shock absorber and colour over the driving lights, so you can safely assume the roadworthy certificate was issued by blind Freddy or it was a tick off exercise and not completed properly. The 2 cracked rims were replaced with 2 of a different colour so Blind Freddy was at it again. What made me angry was they were happy to let a car out that was dangerous and they were happy to sell it to an inexperienced teenager.
Very pathetic service. High price. Got my car service and I noticed that my car door is touching the side panel and making noise. They refused straight away that it's not their fault, they haven't done anything. Advised me to go to panel beater. Wow. Spoken with mechanic and manager, same thing. They said you must have open the door very wide and that caused this issue. Our machine didn't touch the door and we are not taking any responsibility for this. That's means, if I noticed something wrong with my car (with any dents, door and panels) after service done, then they are not in fault, I am in fault because I choose them to get my cat service here. And need to go to panel beater. Never coming back here again. Waste of money and time. Top of that I have to spend money to go to panel beater.
Can I congratulate you at South Morang Mitsubishi on two of your staff, I recently purchased a new Triton, very happy with it I might say, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Danny and James. I have purchased a few new cars over the years and never had a more honest unpressured salesman, who knows the product and instantly emphasized with my needs. In addition he is a genuinely nice guy he was there to makesure my new car purchase was effortless and he has also followed up since I picked up the car to makesure I'm happy. I would also like to thank James for all of his help, extremely professional and super efficient, I will be highly recommending people to visit your dealership if these two guys are the standard of staff you employ, great effort guys thank you once again.
Took my ASX for a 120 klm service not long ago. Soon after the water from the windscreen washer bottle ran out. Upon further inspection the coolant fluid from the radiator was also empty. Makes me wonder what else was not done that was paid for. Spoke to the service manager and decides to tell me the reason why the coolant reservoir was empty (apparently after getting checked by 2 people). He wasn't interested in asking for my number plate number to see what service it had or to see who the technician was that performed the work. (How do you improve your service if you don't know who or where your problem is? Poor management and poor wormanship) This organisation is not interested in best practice but rather can't be bothered dealing with you attitude. Lost my business.
Drove my 2011 Outlander for a recall service (3). Upon arrival, I was told it has to be serviced as well. I told the guy it's not due for service because it's only 120k on the odometer and service is due at 125k. He insisted so I relented. 2 days later, I saw a rubber cover dangling under the engine bay held only by a single screw/clip. And I also hear squeaking noise from center/left aircon fan. Brought it back and I was told they did not touch that cover and blamed detached cover to a bump scratch which is rusted. I told them, WHY DID YOU NOT SEE IT WHEN YOU CHECKED UNDER THE CAR??? Made me buy clips to reattach cover. Aircon fan, of course, not their fault also?! RE-BOOK FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE?! NEVER AGAIN TO A DEALERSHIP CAR SERVICE ONCE WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED!!!
I received the ultimate customer service from non BMW dealer, Elvis answered my enquiry, i explained what i need and Elvis listened and delivered almost all my request except for final price, we meet half way and deal is closed with Con's approval (sales Manager). it is very easy dealing with Elvis and his fellow colleagues involved in the buying and delivering process except for a minor hiccup, which was very well manage by General Manager. Common sense do exist in this present day. I highly recommend Elvis and his colleagues, if anyone is looking to buy used car from this motoring group. check out used BMW 330i GT, it was my pride and joy for last 5 years of ownership. remember....look for Elvis and the happy team at South Morang Motor Group.
Hi, I like to put in a review for Doug Jackson and Jarrod in the service department. Doug took the time and super effort to attend to my car as soon as I pulled up 1st thing in the morning. Took the time to ask me what I wanted for this particular service. Something I have not experience from this dealership for a very long time. Doug mentioned he was going to keep me up to date with my car which he did promptly. Special mention to Jarrod because he continued to assist with what I needed even when Doug was not there. I wish there is a zero star....I took mitsubish outlander to service and very upset with my first visit. Two years old but charged higher that what they mentioned in their website. Didn't notify that I am ineligible for the cap service even though I requested call back. The guy receiving my car mentioned he will see for what he can do with the price but the reception deny it. I bought second hand with the info that the cap service will be transferred. Not understand what the guy mean I am not eligible as I didnt buy from dealer. The reception didn't even bother to listen my story. Lastly, I serviced my car, paid full but it is still showing routine maintenance required. Seriously
I recently had my Mitsubishi ASX serviced at South Morang Mitsubishi service centre. First of all the prices are way higher than usual service prices but I chose to go there searching for a high quality job and peace of mind however I was mistaken. The air refresher filter was left not replaced. Instead they left the part at the back of the vehicle and I had to replace it myself (see picture). Also they have not stamped the log book and I had to go back to get it stamped. I wonder what else was left not done? I don't trust them anymore. This is another situation where I learnt that expensive does not necessarily mean good!
Booked my car in for a service paid a lot of money for my keys to not be where they said they had left them I was there at 6:04pm when they closed at 6 no one was there I was told my keys would be in the safe and when I put my mobile number in my keys would drop out of the safe well that did not happen lucky the new car cleaners were there for them to call someone as I would have never been able to get in contact with someone regarding getting my keys but I still had to wait 35 minutes for someone to come to get my keys for me. No signs anywhere saying Incase of emergency call this number nothing!!!!
What an awful experience dealing with a bunch of liars. Do not trust these salespeople. I went to buy a second hand car with a price tag of $25,888. After speaking to Elvis and asking him what the best price he could do, he went into the office to supposedly speak to a manager. He came back outside after a a lengthy period of time and while laughing said that the advertised price was wrong and instead of negotiating the price down, bumped the price up by a few thousand dollars more. Absolute. pathetic customer service. What a very untrustworthy, misleading and unprofessional dealership. Keep away!
Very unprofessional, worst experience. I drove 90km to visit them (which they wanted me to) as they were ready to sell their vehicle when we spoke on phone but when I arrived they increased the price than they discussed over the phone. The reason given by their sales person Elvis was that he has two bosses and he discussed our deal with the manager who was not working that day. The available was not ready negotiate at all. It was really unprofessional on their part as he have called me all the way to their dealership when they were not clear whether they are ready to sell the vehicle!
I visited new Mitsubishi South Morang last 14th of Feb and surprise to see & meet again a long time mate name alf & assist me to bring back my cap service with his knowledge and assistance of other staffs who are all very friendly, helpful with proven professionalism in dealing all what you need and need to be done was excellent, when i pick up my car look brand new nice and clean, my experience that day will never be forgotten, definitely will go back again, i totally recommended them to everyone, pls! go in person or call them for inquiry, and you've glad you did, thank you!..Rich
Find a better & more competent dealer. I rang up curious about the Triton, the first thing he asked was “Do you know which variant you want?” - I don’t even know if I want the car to begin with, I need more information before I can decide which ute I’d be buying for my purpose. He then said “Have a look at the website that’s what most people do” - then what your job there as a salesman if I’m supposed to decide just from the website? What is the salesman, the order taker? Sounded like he didn’t want to be a salesman - Pathetic skills with no competency - Find a better dealer!
I dropped in to view a second hand 2019 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport recently. Elvis was very helpful during the whole process & test drive. Not once did he try that whole “Hard-sell” used car salesmen angle & was very upfront, which I appreciated. After I crunched some numbers & we did the back & forth negotiations dance, a very reasonable purchase price was agreed on. The car was ready for collection within 2 working days & I found it to be a very “hassle-free” experience & are so far very happy with my purchase. Thanks again to Elvis for your assistance & professionalism.
No stars should be given in this respect, I had been talking to salesman Michael and arranged to look at a car at 3pm, on arrival I parked next to the car I was interested in purchasing. I got out of my car to have another salesman walk to the car and write SOLD on it.... I had driven more than an hour and a half to look at this car.. not to mention I have a broken leg and am on crutches. So yes you and only imagine what came out of my mouth. Clearly their team don't know how to communicate, managment really need to do training with their staff on communication!.
Poor customer service. I was at south Morang Mitsubishi 3 months back to test drive and purchase an outlander phev exceed tourer. To my disappoint , the car was not charged overnight. The test drive experience was no different to driving an ICE car. Roger was nice but was to call me to discuss the purchase. But no one called. Ended up placing order with another dealer. Also an online request to test drive a phev ( hopefully with a fully charged battery) was made 2 weeks back. Again no response from south Morang Mitsubishi . Won’t recommend this dealer to anyone .
I have been a loyal customer to Mitsubishi for over 20 years. First time i have a problem with a car that is two years out of warranty 2016 outlander. The front ADAS camera is faulty it took their service department 2 goes at diagnosing the problem. Then to be told by south Morang and Mitsubishi Australia that they will not fix the car under good will. I have have full service history been a loyal customer to the brand, i thought buying cars from Mitsubishi for over 21 years would suffice but obviously NOT! So disappointed in Mitsubishi......................
DO NOT BUY FROM SOUTH MORANG MITSUBISHI. They will be so helpful while buying the car… but the second you make the purchase say goodbye to customer service. Was waiting on a warranty part to be fixed for over 1 year!! Called every week and was put on hold and transferred between multiple people until they hang up on you. If you want a Mitsubishi go to Knox! After my first call with them I was booked in to get the warranty part fixed 3 days later. Unbelievable south morang are still open with the horrendous customer service after purchase.
If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT buy a used car from here. They sold me a lemon and are ignoring my emails and calls. I had the car less then 10 mins when it started having problems. After 2.5 months the engine completely failed, my car was in getting fixed for over a month and I was told there were no hire cars available. Then 5 days after getting my car back it’s having the same problems but apparently because now it’s out of warranty period it’s my problem to fix even though they were meant to fix it. Absolutely disgusting.
Thank you so much to Roy Prasad and for our brand new car! Roy is so personable, and helpful. We felt like he genuinely wanted us to be happy with our final decision and was not pushy at all. Once the quote was finalised with our lease company he continued to go the extra mile for us. He made time for us to look at our car in storage before it was detailed. He again helped us get delivery of the car on a Friday evening, even though it was a push. He was so happy for us to have it before the weekend.
Received very unprofessional response from staff, gave me quote one month back , one of staff advised wrong parts been ordered and wait time to fix one month and when I put my car to fix after 3 hours they said wrong parts been ordered and asking double the price which I got , and behaviour of staff is just unprofessional, their staff fault and asking me for double price if u want to do it or take your car back , just disappointing experience ever
Very poor experience with the service department. I dropped my car in at 8:15, with a 10:30 'ready time'. I came back at 10:20 and was told "your car will be ready very soon". At 11am, I head over to their coffee machine and see my car up on the lift, bonnet open, wheels off. My car hadn't even been STARTED by 10:30. I didn't get out of there until nearly 1pm. They get one star for the guest wifi- it gave me HD streaming of Netflix on my phone.
Bullxxxx people. Not even a call to pick up the car on the delivery time before closing out I have to call them if the car is ready or not and then rush in. Never go back to the again. Poor service as well. Also, I did the next service at some other place and they said there is no need of replacement of the break pad and this guys said need to change immediately retards to make money dont even think about going back.
It was such a great experience to buying my brand new Pajero sport black edition. This place has such a variety of cars & exceptionally great customer service. We met Danny petrov he is such a great person & has great customer service. We went to buy a small car but ended up to buying a beast. They have great finance options too. See the James he is very helpful. I am giving 5 star for there services.

I’m 50km from this dealership, but was worth the trip because of the great support of Danny Petrov. What a champion!!! . Extremely better customer experience compared with my local Mitsubishi dealership and at the end they got us a good deal when my wife and I was trading our cars in a new Pajero Sport. Look for Danny to assist you if you are looking to buy a new car.
Sold a used car at this dealership. After a bad experience here I got in contact with Damian (through carsales instant sale). He was honest, genuine, reliable and fair, a trait lacking in this industry. If you have a car to sell or buy, see this guy. Had my 2017 Amarok with multiple faults serviced and fixed here. I was provided outstanding service by George the service manager who oversaw the work being conducted and gave me timely updates on the work being done. I was even provided a loan car of my choice whilst I was without my car for weeks. Thank you to George and Con for the exemplary service provided.

Worst experience!!!! After I waited 7 months and went to finalise the car we discovered they had ordered the wrong color from contract… then we agreed on another car to get told the very next day we can not have that either now. (Rude about it at the same time) Mind you vehicle was paid in full. Went elsewhere and got what we wanted a week later!

Have been trying to book in my company vehicle for a service for 2 months, you cant speak straight to the service department, its a call back service. Have never been called back, and on top of that it seems that before 10am or after 1.30pm they dont answer their phones, including the sales office. Absolutely useless dealership.
Absolutely fabulous service all round. From start to pick up. First time buying a brand new car, so everything was a simple process, quick over the phone details and help. Only hard part was, waiting for the car to arrive. I couldn't be happier with the car and the guys from South Morang for making it a breeze for me.

Appalling service. Completely ignored my Fiancee despite the fact she was there to choose a car WITH me. Waited 45min for a test drive I'd booked ahead of time, during which time they simply ignored us both, and left me walking laps of the showroom, before leaving to go by the Subaru we looked at in the morning.

super fast delivery for parts. mine was an order over the phone (make sure you do it early) and picked it up the next morning. you'll find the customer parking a bit cramped if in a larger car, but hey, isn't that customary these days with a push towards miniature cars? it drives me nuts. nice place though.

Highly disappointed with the with the service department for tying to insist that my daughter get an additional $700 worth of work done on the spot as well as do without her car. Would not recommend to anyone and will drive 400+k if needed to get my next new Mitsubishi and all of its services done.
Great experience so far. Ordered an outlander phev. Roy responded to all my questions in an efficient manner. I knew exactly what I was in for, just the way I like it. The car was delivered on time. I was given ample of time an opportunity to inspect the car pre PDI. So far so good!
The actual service of the vehicle was ok so far, and everything was very well explained both when dropping off and when collecting. but wasn't so happy with the unclear instructions and wait on arrival, and the very long wait (45min) on collection when it was supposed to be ready...

Gave my car for a recall replacement, initially they said they had the parts but it turned out one part was defective so scheduled a different day. On that day too, the part wasn't available. A week later, still waiting for the part to be available. Very badly managed !
We bought our car amid the car chip shortage 2022. Despite this, we got Roger who supported us really well and careful during the process. This made us feel that the business and staffs are not only about sales but also about customer experience which matters the most.

Terrible service. Called ahead to see a specific car, only to be told when we got there it had been sold. Staff member seemed completely disinterested in me and had no knowledge of the car my partner and I were looking At. Ended up walking out. Won't be going back.
