I like the location, it's very convenient for me. I use the GoodLife, Walmart (sometimes), and the restaurants. It's walking distance for me. Lots of variety and it's off Calgary trail. However, the parking lot is awful. The pot holes have been bad for decades..... It's rather pathetic in my opinion. I hate taking my nice luxury car to this location because you never know when you'll unexpectedly hit a crater! This goes back when xs wares and sportcheck were in this shopping complex... I still remember the Canadian tire and food for less in this shopping complex, that's going way back. It seems this parking lot has not been kept up since the 90s. My advice to the owner is to fix the lot properly instead of filling in the holes; I don't think I'd want to lease as a business with a lot so bad considering this area is not easily accessible by public transit. Update: parking lot has been repaved in some spots, but others like by GoodLife fitness are worse after winter 2022. I'm hoping more retail returns to the empty bays soon. 2023 more potholes have been repaired

Boardwalk Burgers should have a larger logo on the side. It's the smallest. I've noticed it and they need to change this and innovate with LED technology. They all need fixing but should be more equal in size of names on the side of the roads. It isn't. I don't have the Pic on here. But the side where there are wooden planks... The ratios are not fair and blocked by that outdated south park sign. This needs to be fixed in the heart of Edmonton. Cost effectiveness is not an option to equality and fairness.

Jysk is a great place to shop for a variety of goods. Some are definitely inferior quality, so you get what you pay for, but the items that are of higher quality are worth the savings. I enjoy browsing their stock for ideas and comparisons to IKEA products, and some of their sales have nabbed me unique and good quality furniture/decorations. Enjoy browsing, and be sure to inspect anything you intend on buying before you commit to buying. A fun treasure/sale hunting destination.

The store is big but clean and tidy. Lots of choice from Korea n Japan. Looking for ingredients from Asia, you must visit this store. Unfortunately they temporary close down the food court because of covid 19. Hopefully when I visit Edmonton next time, everything back to normal and for sure I will come here and try their food special the ramen

Visited Walmart here to get king size bed pillows, and portable bedside lamps, got all we wanted, it was fun experience shopping here, also had fun window shopping other items in the store. Looking to shop household items, small decors, lighting decors, appliances, clothing, food items, you'll find them here, basic household stuffs.

Really like the Banana Republic Factory Outlet Store. I once bought almost $700 worth of clothes for under $90.00. Right place, right time & I signed up for their emails. Perfection. Now if you don't get a rush or high from a day of shopping like that, I don't know know what to say that isn't mean …

Prefer this mall over West Edmonton, because it is not as hectic! Additionally, they have the Nespresso boutique and the lego store which West Edmonton does not. The mall is also close to a lot of other amenities and restaurants in the area. When in Edmonton this is the mall to go to for quicker trips!

This commercial centre us certainly convenient, but the owners are neglecting the driveways and parking lots. I have never seen so many potholes located in one place alone! I mean, really!!!? ... There should be signs everywhere saying "drive at your own risk" - Mon Dieu! ...

The soup wasn't that hot, it's just warm. Soup needed to be warmer. I enjoyed the shrimp roll with peanut sauce. Parking space was not enough for the hungry consumers around. Crews were polite and food was amazing. Try the Thai experience and ask to boil the soup.

An old and beloved shopping center, to those from Edmonton. In my personal opinion the best place to shop for anything fancier than items bought in a "chain" mall or large got everything store. Not to mention better prices than you'll find at the big useless tourist trap.

Go here because of my favorite and only physician that I trust. Other reason is to occasionally have brunch at the I Hop. There are several stores and businesses in this center, but beside the Wallmart I have had no reason to date to visit them. Lots of parking.

impressed by the lady staff helping at the front entrance. Her work attitude was excellent. Always wearing smiles, helping out to get my hands sanitized, helping out to put away the outdoor shoes and the shopping bags before I went inside the store.

A very spacious, clean food court with staff members cleaning tables even after the patrons picked up after themselves. It's a food court within a Korean market and so most of the meal choices are korean. There is a fried chicken place that

South Park has its class to house all kind of stores, I love to stop by at Dollar Tree which carries wide variety of item well over stocked with products which hardly can be found at any other place around the neibourhood cashier always

This sprawling mall has a VCA animal hospital next to the dollar store. They have the world's most caring vet. If you have a pet, you need to go see Dr. Leversedge. She has been caring for my furballs for over a decade now. Scruffy

I went to IHOP for breakfast early in the morning. It was quiet at that time but had a Walmart beside it. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. Very little butter on the toast...sad. All in all, a good outing.

The south park center has a lot to offer, although parking can be a bit difficult.finding a spot to park near the business you're going to is rare. But the park it's self has a variety of stores to wonder through.

Perfect area to get all of your shopping done in Central edmonton! Has everything you need from a grocery store, clothing stores and even a toy store. If you want a one stop shop, this is the right spot

Overpriced everything due to lease space prices. Cool selection of stores. The art gallery exhibit is worth the trip though. Ditto Lego store and the only real surviving food court in Ecity.

Can be a little confusing to navigate if your not familiar with the area however it is a large shopping center with lots of business to choose from all in close proximity of each other.

Great team.running this immunization centre! On time and without problems. Lots of people .. twenty five every ten minutes. Like clockwork!! Snow removal would have made it perfect!

Had lunch at Thai Express. Was good. Then went to AMA to cancel a registration & that had a 45 minute wait. So glad we had lunch first or I'd be really hangry.
