I had the worst experience ever with a lady doctor called Ms Russell. She has not provided me with the duty of care I needed. She gave me medication which made me feel sick. I fainted and lost consciousness. I could not breathe. I even had to ring the ambulance, it was that bad. She is not worth the title of Dr.

The most horrible surgery!! Staff give you conflicting information, they don’t even know anything or have any knowledge. Why have they been hired? They need to go back to school. Doctors seem uninterested and unhelpful. This surgery should be shut down

Sent a form to register for this GP around the 13th of August, had a phone call on the 26th of August requesting me to go in with ID to finish getting me registered. I did this within 10 minutes of receiving the call as I live very local

Can’t ever get an appointment, mad race at 8am to get an appointment for that day as they won’t book in appointments for any other time. Personal best at attempts to get an appointment 147 redials to get through to the receptionist.

Every service at South Queen Medical Centre has been excellent. From making appointments, chasing referrals and issuing my repeat prescription. The receptionists are so helpful and my GP is fantastic at his job!

Impossible to book an appointment. They book it only in the morning and only by phone - but the line is ALWAYS busy.

Wouldn't even let me speak to someone, didn't want a appointment just a phone call, wouldn't give me time of day.

This is another phone call oppointment that never happened that's the third time, No star's just a waist of time.

Dr David is an excellent doctor. Easy to talk to and very caring. Very lucky to have him at the surgery.
