Jesus has the solutions to any and every issue anyone could possibly have in their life! He truly is the best ever. He puts the money where His mouth is, because I was skint, and our wondrous Minister, the Reverend Andrew, lent me $150.00 with generosity and a willing attitude. He said, "no problem". My humble advice is, believe in the Son of God, attend a Church as regularly as you can, and your life and fortunes will improve beyond measure for the better. For the best. A great read to start with is "The Power of Positive Thinking" by the Reverend Norman Vincent Peale, or the Good Book itself would be ideal, and certainly powerful and effective. You will see clear results. I know it may require some suspension of disbelief, but Jesus' love simply works. "His love is always right on time!" As the saying goes, for those who believe, no proof is necessary, and for those who don't believe, no proof is possible. "Oh, taste and see, Jahweh is good." Faith, hope and love, from Catherine Julia Scott.
One of the most inclusive and welcoming churches ever attended. A presence of peace and tranquillity. Reverend Andrew Collis is the current minister of the South Sydney Uniting Church. Andrew encourages creativity and there are many connections with the community. The ssuc is also responsible for production and distribution of the South Sydney Herald local paper now operating for 15 year's serving community business needs. When you walk through the front door you will know why ssuc is so well known, the people are the source of the positive loving welcoming.
Gorgeous sandstone-fronted community church with a long history. Hall out the back was the first school in Sydney and now host free art classes on Saturdays. Andrew the reverend is very friendly and the whole place really brings the community together.
A really nice little church where everyone is welcome. It’s not crowded and everyone is covid safe including the communion. The Sunday services are not too long and are offered over Zoom as well as in person.
They also have a Gallery in the Church ⛪, and an Art group on the second and fourth Saturday of the month 12 - 4 , also they open their doors to the homeless people on a Wednesday night. …
Warm and friendly people welcomed us to a surprisingly orthodox liturgical service on Sunday morning. It was a treat to see the community garden and get some herbs and eggs.
