No one returns your call after being promised they will. They think because they are ndis registered they treat people with no respect and customer service because its a given they will get clients through this. They shouldn't be under the ndis. If they treat you like this even before starting the treatment imagine what the disrespect and lack of service when you sign up. Obviously they think people with disabilities dont deserve the same amount of respect and service. Dont use them. There are plenty of others with much better service around the area.
