Not good arrive 40 minutes early to catch the Vline replacement bus. We were directed to form a que around a pillar. By the time the first bus arrived a huge number of additional people had arrived and pushed in. We manage to get on the third bus some considerable time after the scheduled departure time. This bus terminal is incapable of handling the large number of Vline passengers when they shut down the train services!!!

Really good except for when the fire alarm goes off. I'm setting off for a cycling adventure with 'All Trails Bicycle Tours' to ride 6 rail trails in Gippsland (about 400kms in 7 days). During our trip briefing this morning the fire alarm went off and there were firemen and flashing lights everywhere. What a great way to start this awesome adventure!

If you are unfamiliar with the station, it can be a bit daunting. Be careful at night. Minimal security, especially in the rail replacement coach area.

Needs a good cleen, a lot of empty shops, looks very run down.
