Lay-zee ladies working at the counter today, woah. Tried forcing me to use the kiosk to check my big 50 lb. cases, clearly not regular luggage. Then attitude & didn't even print out my boarding pass & apparently too lazy to even charge my baggage fees. And it wasn't even busy at-all.

Don't book an early flight with southwest. Got to the airport check in and no one was working at the counter and none of the kiosk were working. On the busiest travel day. All the other airlines are working the counter but not southwest.
Fast and friendly service!! We always use South West for our flights. From the stewardess to the pilots and all the employees that are involved in getting us to our destination and back home safely we salute them! Kudos to all of them!
05/06/2023 Had a great experience today, flying from Salt Lake to Long Beach. Probably the most friendly, courteous and professional airline steward I’ve ever seen. Wanted to give him a shout out, he said his name was Nelson.
Never experienced such a rude gate agent ever on Southwest. Fire her and get someone new! SLC to Las Vegas on 6/7/23 around 4pm departure on Flight number 3017. She is a disgrace to Southwest Airlines.
PSA the Terminal to check bags doesn’t open til around 3:30am, even if your flight starts boarding at 4:40am. A little frustrating since it’s not marked anywhere but they were fast getting us through.
Thank you southwest for getting me home at no cost. They changed my ticket. I broke me arm snowboarding in snowbird and they where very considerate and nice. That’s why I fly Southwest. Thanks again

All southwest employees all claim to be "medical trained" to impose restrictions to passengers
