Very poor experience. After booking the appointment i called an hour before the massage to double check and confirm. Took a cab drove here, wrong address so cab driver had to call them to pick me up. After you go inside the building she told me they don't speak good English and she can't accommodate me now....

Spa only — 1500 lek weekdays, 2000 weekends. Sauna was great, the steam room wasn’t on when I arrived (at 1pm with opening) and wasn’t that warm by 5pm on a weekday. On the weekend, all rooms were warm. I think I adjust what rooms are on based on day and attendance. Still worth it for a nice sauna.

This was very professional and friendly. I am not from the area so one of the workers waited outside the establishment and took us inside where we were treated with great hospitality. Defiantly recommend to anyone who needs a massage. The best I’ve been to.

I m really disappointed we waited 30 min for the massage to happen but no one came. No massage today!. This is not professional letting customers wait for so long we thought we are 5 min late ! After 45 min not even a call to cancel very unprofessional!
