The massage was good but unfortunately its not on par with other high end spas within the vicinity of Toronto. CONS: There is no waiting room to relax in while you wait for the RMT to call your name...you simply just sit at reception in your robe waiting for your name to be called while others enter or exit or pay right by the elevator. There are only two showers available, so a good chunk of time was spent waiting for someone to finish their shower so I could hop in next. Additionally, I was suprised to learn their robes do not properly accommodate my body type so I was frustrated to have to tie the robe as tight as I possibly could around my waist and prior to my massage, wait at reception feeling somewhat exposed as it is. Finally, the womens change room is quite small so you end up bumping into people most of the time or waiting to use the bathroom. No jacuzzi or hot tub available. Water in pool was very cold so it can't be enjoyed for a long period of time. PROS: Great Eucalyptus steam room but only fits a few people inside. Pool is beautiful but once again too small and only fits so many people. It's a shame because it is a beautiful spa overall, however the experience was not as memorable or positive. Great spa if you live at the Hazelton, but not worth the drive unfortunately if you don't live in city.

Wow wow wow! Amazing experience from arrival to departure. The staff at both the spa and hotel were all exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and happy to go the extra mile to ensure that we had a great time. The atmosphere was soothing, and the massage therapist did an incredible job - the hour flew right by. The pool was great, steam room was very relaxing, and the exercise room had ample equipment to use. Complementary coffees, espresso, and water were a great touch. I have not had many spa experiences prior, but this was definitely my favorite and I would definitely be interested in coming back again. Highly recommend!!!

Ahhhmazing! This is my second visit but it had been a while since my first. I had a 90-min massage with Teale and she was a great RMT. I prefer deep-tissue/sports massages and she applied the right amount of pressure but yet, it was still relaxing! I followed it up with a pedicure, which was really good. It's pricier than most places but understandably it is a high-end spa. The facilities are well-maintained and very clean. The spa staff are some of the friendliest I've ever had and I've been to quite a few places. In reading the other reviews posted it looks like I need to book another trip for a facial!!

The spa is absolutely stunning! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our 25th wedding anniversary, and we decided to treat ourselves to some massages as well! We both got deep tissue massages, and they were absolutely fantastic. The staff were all incredible and made us feel very pampered, safe, and comfortable! Although we did not get a chance to use the facilities, we were given a tour of the spa and we will most definitely be back to try out the salt water pool and the eucalyptus infused steam rooms! The smell was heavenly! Than you Hazelton Spa for making this anniversary so special and memorable!

I came to the Valmont Spa at the Hazelton for a couple's massage to celebrate my anniversary and couldn't have been happier. I had a wonderful experience at the spa. The team (especially Khryzz) was so gracious, friendly and attentive, and made sure our every need was taken care of. They truly made us feel like we were the only ones there. The spa and pool were calming, clean and well-kept. This was my first visit to a spa and I'd definitely go back to the Valmont spa again! If you want a day of luxury and excellent customer service, this is the spa to go to.

Had an issue with this spa 2 years ago, was very disappointed. However today I got a call from the new manager of the spa, he expressed how sorry he is for my bad experience and assured that with a him as a new manager there won't be any problems! Also received a complimentary gift box with amazing products and 1 year access to pool and gym !It is very nice to know that management is very thoughtful in accepting the criticism rationally and offers a complementary services. Very excited to give this spa a second chance and I'm sure I won't regret.

Been here several times and loved it each time. Beautiful space and great customer service. I felt like I was in an oasis... pampered and special from the minute I entered the elevator (you actually need someone to unlock the floor button to get to the spa) to the minute I stepped out the door. The masseuses adjust their techniques to your liking. The hot stone massage is divine! After your massage, you have access to the Hazelton's facilities which includes a salt-water mosaic lap pool. A great way to relax and unwind!

What an amazing day at this spa! I must have been to every spa in Toronto, and the Hazelton by far is the best. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by every staff member. It was a very intimate experience; the spa itself if very clean, the pool and steam room are lovely! The message I received was AMAZING. Upon leaving, I was given this lovely sample box to take home. My fiancé and I enjoyed our day here, and are planning to come back in 2 months! Thank you Hazelton- you have two loyal customers!!!

The practitioner was excellent. The facilities are ok - the women's dressing room smelled of body odour both the night before and the day of my treatment. Also I asked before hand if there were any perfumes as I have an allergy. They said it was only essential oils but after my treatment and reading the packaging there were absolutely perfumes in the valmont products.

The spa at the Hazelton is easily one of the Top Spa experiences in Toronto. The service and personal attention to detail is bar none, and you will leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Spa is spotless and change rooms are as well. I have not had a negative experience there. I highly recommend Hazelton for your next spa experience!

My mother and I went to The Spa at the Hazelton for massages and had a wonderful time. We felt comfortable and very safe with the precautions that they took to protect against Covid. My masseuse was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my specific needs and dislikes (very ticklish feet). Would happily go back!

I was super disappointed with my facial at the Hazelton today. It was basically just a facial massage, not a real facial, definitely not worth the cost. I’ve had much better facials with independent spas. The receptionist didn’t even ask me if I enjoyed my service when I paid- not luxurious at all!

From the step you walk in to the Spa, you are greeted with great smiles and royal tour around the facilities. Had an Amazing experience with facial session with Delicia which attended with lots of care and great advices. Both my partner and I have a great time and will definitely visit again!

The massage therapist was good. But the customer service e was so bad and so unprofessional that ruined my whole experience and left me feeling very upset and disappointed!! My daughter and I were so looking forward to this spa time as this was my birthday gift. I regret going there so much.

Very clean and friendly spa. They had wonderful customer service and I got free samples of spa products. The eucalyptus steam room in the change room was amazing. I got a back facial as I was planning on wearing a backless dress to a wedding. I'm very happy with the result!

So I went for a massage here for first time, the RMT was friendly and the massage was okay. My only complaint is my prescription sunglasses were stolen. I left them in the washroom while changing into the robe and forgot them on the way out for the massage.

Search for the best massage in Toronto led me to the top ten list of which Hazelton is ranked number one. Honestly, I got the best Swedish massage that one can ask for. Relaxing vibe, soothing music, and most importantly magic of massage by a professional.

Wonderful experience here! Had one of the best massages of my life followed by a few hours of relaxing in their pool, steam room and gym. Coffee was nice and the change rooms were clean and stylish. Overall the spa is quite small but it was still spacious.

Excellent service and really careful with Covid protocols! I remember the massage was really good in the beginning, so relaxing that I slept and woke up when it was over feeling that I should do it more often. Totally recommended it!
