Space Furniture Sales consultant obfuscated the facts in front of them to tell us lies that our $20+K sofa item is “ready in 20 weeks”, actually meant that it is assembled in the Europe factory in that time and will be actually 9+ Months Min in arriving here in Oz. Not Customer centric at all with this approach. Their response was to blame 'world Supply Logistics' - which is NOT the case here, as we have imported similar items from Europe after that Space Furniture timeframe successfully here. The issue is with their Customer engagement and Sales:Customer transparency - very much lacking.

My wife and I come here to see modern furniture and we were not disappointed. We loved the whole range and bought some designer Philippe Stack chairs and some nice lamps for our new house. It's a shame there is only one in Richmond especially when we live on the Bayside but I guess you need to travel to get nice furniture. The staff were nice and friendly as well - I really liked the look and feel of the store, very expensive yet we know its good quality.

SO disappointed with my order from these guys. Promising 12-18 week delivery of item purchased and it’s been 8 months, nearly double the waiting time, and we still haven’t got it nor can they provide an eta?! I could have purchased my Kartell item from overseas and it would have arrived way sooner. Big mistake buying from Space. Would recommend buying overseas and paying a bit extra for delivery if you actually want to ever see your item.

Ordered my table over 4 months ago and was told it would be delivered in 8-9 weeks. I've now just been told that it will be another 4 weeks meaning it's taken almost 6 months to get my dining table. Communication is also poor. Taking days to respond. Will not be purchasing from this group again.

Very nice design but very condescending staff. They were everywhere in the store but none greeted us for 20 minutes, until one office lady came back from lunch and asked if we needed help. But then, she was slack with email communication afterwards so we just gave up.

An amazing store defying the price matching algorithms of search engines on smart phones. Crossing the lights beware .. no audible assistance.

Designer furniture store. Staff were knowledgeable and polite. Like their store name, gave customers space to browse at their own leisure.

Condescending staff. Quoted 20 weeks delivery. I ordered direct from Germany for 40% less and was delivered in 4 weeks.

Ordered a $1605 pendant and still have not received it. Haven't heard from the company since the 7th March.
