"Sparrows Den/Spring Park is dog friendly, with plenty of bins and poo bags to pick up after your four legged friend"
"Really great place for the family - pitch and putt is challenging enough and crazy golf is perfect for the younger children"
"Lovely cafe to grab an ice cream/ slushy or hot drink and snack before or after a walk in the park/ adventure golf or foot golf / putting, all situated right there"
A fab place especially if you have a dog who likes to run around in a secure area. Everyone is friendly and polite. Also a great park if you just fancy a walk on the grass or in the woods. There is limited parking but it's definitely worth a visit. A great place.
A lovely mini golf course! Staff were very friendly too. 80s music was playing around the golf course, which was very nice to play golf to. There's a small café with reasonable prices and a large seating area. 3 types of golf: miniature, football and pitch/putt.
Sparrows Den/Spring Park is dog friendly, with plenty of bins and poo bags to pick up after your four legged friend. Great place for your dog to meet his friends and safe to let off lead. Plenty of woodland to explore too with multiple trails to roam around.
Really great place for the family - pitch and putt is challenging enough and crazy golf is perfect for the younger children. They also have football golf (will try that next!). Have a nice coffee shop too with decent cakes. Very friendly and helpful
Lovely cafe to grab an ice cream/ slushy or hot drink and snack before or after a walk in the park/ adventure golf or foot golf / putting, all situated right there. All outdoor seating. Very friendly. My only reaspn for 4, not 5 stars
My two dogs love this place. Always loads of other friendly dog walkers and plenty of other dogs to play with. Dog walkers might want to avoid Sundays as the rugby pitches are all in use. Can get a drink / snack at the mini golf cafe.
Just spent a really lovely couple of hours playing Crazy Golf with my dear friend June, her grandson Ronnie & his other Nanny Elvis. What a laugh & enjoyed being able to sit & have a cuppa in the sun. Heaven. Thanks .
Lovely large playing fields and they are fairly enclosed. There is pitch & put and crazy golf as well as a cafe. They are super friendly and welcoming at the cafe and allowed me to hide there during a lightning storm!
Where you are doing building work, need access directly to the loos from the outdoor cafe. Just a small path between the barriers and flower beds. Bad when tiddlers ne3d loo urgently as have to make enormous detour
I walk my dogs here regularly. I haven't used the krazy golf course but it looks really good. It's maintained very well, always inviting and imaginatively laid. There is also somewhere to
Fabulous place for walking your dogs. It has three large fields which are fenced off to keep your dogs safe from the busy road. Woodland, cafe and crazy golf. My dogs love it here
Lots of dogs for your dog to play with. Lost our keys and some very kind person handed them in to the Cafe... Life saver!! Thank you for your honesty!! …
The kids had a brilliant time. Lovely little crazy golf place and very good value for money. It was only £5 per person which is cheaper than others I've tried locally.
Good to watch rugby or mini golf. We played football golf with the family. It was a good laugh. Hard though because of the hills but made it funnier running about
Great place for a walk, quite muddy under foot if you venture into the woods. I would recommend proper walk boots. Loads of people walking dogs, many off leads.
Pleasant, shady walk. Climbs a bit, judging the paths, could be muddy in wet weather. It's worth a ramble through if you're in the area.
We had 2 hours of fun & laughs on the 9-hole Pitch and Putt course. Staff were very friendly and there to ensure you have a good time.
I visited here in May 2022 as part of walking the London Loop route around London. This is an open space with a slightly odd name.
Lovely clean place. Choice of crazy, putt and play, football golf etc. Very polite, cheery and helpful staff. More
Great afternoon playing golf. I lost against my other half. Well played. Will definitely come here again. More
Nice bit of shade, pretty clean and grass is a good length for my little puppy. Staff are always friendly.
Haven't been for years, so really surprised how lovely it was, especially the Enchanted Village crazy golf
Lovely place to walk the dogs no pathways so the pushchair was a bit of a problem. Well kept lovely walk.
Always a great coffee here. Adventure golf a favourite with the young. Toilets need a refurb though! More
Lovely, open flat park to walk round our option to trudge up some pretty steep hills through the woods
Crazy golf is ok but not the most interesting course. Good place for watching rugby on a Saturday.
Here you can play crazy golf, pitch & putt or football golf. There is a nice cafe. Also toilets.
Just a large open grass area. There is a cafe, toilets and a badly designed parking area.
