It was my go to bike shop while i was having my s works venge there but now is just trash. Took all my parts of my giant to build up here and it was a disaster. Seatpost slipped down my frame on my first ride and some issues with handlebar. After the ride, I pulled out the seatpost and found out that there were not anti slip paste on it. Went to them and communicate the issue and the first reaction from them were trying to push responsibilities on the handlebar and didn't not even bother the mistake they made on the seatpost. The attitude from whoever i was chatting with was really getting on my nerve. So ended up i sent to other bike shop to fix all the silly mistake they did including the shifters are not at the same level and handlebar tightening. `

Bought an entry level bike there. Placed booking and had to wait a few weeks for the proper size to arrive. Was a bit dissapointed i never receive a single call from them to update on the status. Called them to follow up twice and was finally informed the shipment just arrived. Upon arriving to the shop, again was dissapointed that the bike is still not assembled although i had given them a call a day before the pick up. The tarmac is a great bike though. I also brought the bike to shop to purchase a wider handlebar after confirming with one of the sales associate. Upon arriving, was told that the particular handlebar size is not available. Great bike and gear selection there. Wish the customer service level can be improved.

Be cautious when spending large sums at this store. Customer and in particular, after sales service can be unpredictable. I purchased two Specialised Levo E Bikes two years ago and can’t source the SRAM brake pads from the store, they have to be ordered in specially. While the staff here are nice and try hard to help it is an absolute cardinal sin to fail to stock those basic spare parts a rider needs to keep their purchased bike on the road.

Definite a no go, I really hope other company take away their dealership as they expect me to call month to month to check whether they can order a bike. Come on ppl, you want your potential customer to call in order to give you sale. That is too much, Specialized is a good brand shamed by this type of sales standard. No other bicycle shop deals this way.

It meets the buyer's requirements. They have state of the art systems to check/advise on bike size base on one's height, weight, frequency of cycling, length of legs and so on. They've got so much more to offer. One have to experience it in order to believe it.

Really good service from the store. The workers guided me from A to Z in selecting and buying a bike. The mechanics are also full with knowledge. They can explain on how to maintain the bike performance and many other stuffs. Highly reccomended!
