I got to the gas station and my heart sank when I realized I forgot my wallet at home! I felt embarrassed going around asking if anyone could help and send them money via cash app to help me get gas. I offered 15 dollars to have someone get me 10 dollars in gas to get gome and grab my wallet and wasn't having any luck. It's not like I was begging for free money from people. Leon one of the employees overheard me and without hesitation offered to help. He didn't want anything in return. Leon has a kind heart! I come to this station a lot and he is always very polite with customers but on this day when MULTIPLE people seemed annoyed by someone asking for help Leon didnt hesitate and went out of his way! I will be setting up Google pay when I get home as well. Leon suggested this to me and it makes perfect sense! If I ever leave wallet at gome again I can just use Google pay on my phone! Thank you Leon!

A staple gas station in the Midwest, I love the rewards program and it’s on of the main reasons I’m such a frequent shopper. Speedways are all over the place and this one is located on 82nd street. I decided to stop here before I was getting an oil change at the Meineke. Given it was the morning of carb day it was very packed, but I knowing that going in I had no issue waiting to get some gas. I also went inside to grab some a drink and a snack, this store location was great! Very clean, which you can never expect anywhere you go but it’s always nice when it happens. All the shelf’s were well stocked with options, and the hot food stations had a lot of choices. The check out line was long but thankfully the clerks kept the line moving which I appreciate as a customer. Will be a continuous repeat customer at speedway!

I purchased two packs of Nat Sherman menthol cigarettes on 9/15/20 @ 5:30p. I opened one pack when I got home and the cigarettes were stale. So today (9/16/20) I attempted to return the unopened second pack because I didn't want to take a chance of them being stale. They refused, stating state law prohibits them from refunding my almost ten dollars. After a lengthy back and forth with attendant, I had to settle for a pack of American Spirit menthol that was also stale. So essentially, Speedway just got me for almost ten dollars. Smokers beware. There is no signage stating that you cannot return the cigarettes if they are stale due to state law.

Dont stand outside too long they might call the cops on u .I went there and had to wait on my ride home when i was viciously attacked verbally by Penny who then started to cuss at me for waiting for my ride said she had an complaint when there was none and threatened me with the police i then went to leave was off the property when two officers ran up on me for no reason i believe as a paying customer i shouldn't have to deal with such treatment my family and I are furious and think speedway should do more careful interviewing and choosing of staff

The current on cook working on 03/29/22 on 6:40pm behind the cooking stand doesn’t want to do his job he spent 30-40 minutes in the bathroom and another employee went to tell him he had customers once and then she did again 20 minutes later and he said there was no more food left when obviously there was. My son and I really like the food there but someone who doesn’t do their job should have no business working there. I advise the manager or ceo to look into this because this is my to go gas and I’ll be changing if this doesn’t change. Thank you

There's a cashier that works at this location and the one on Allisonville Rd that is rude and lazy. She has argued with my husband every time he's encountered her at both these locations about not wanting to do her dang job. There has also been some sort of flying insects in the sweet tea at both locations. He goes in around noon. He always goes to Speedway and says the one on Shadeland and 16th is the best. Someone at those two north side locations needs to do some remedial customer service training with this woman.

Horrible customer service. Untrained and unknowledgeable employees who aren't competent enough to read there skill for the deals that are going on at the company they work for. Did not get my products as asked for that is clearly on the screen that can be seen for customers as well as the ones for employees. Need to train/teach your employees how to properly perform their jobs

Staff here are totally incompetent I’m 49 years old and they refused to sell me a bottle of wine!! In this day and age are employees so unable to use there brain cells and can only use common sense they advised that there system was unable to read a Canadian driving licence even though 3 days ago it wasn’t a issue when I got wine people they really need to wake up.

I was in the are for three days and stopped in for coffee each day. Although it was busy the staff was very helpful and polite. The service was top notch. I did take off a star because the store needed to be tidy up. On all three days the floor was dirty and I do expect that it was due to the foot traffic. However, the overall experience was good.

This has got to be the worst Speedway I've ever been to (and I've been to many across the nation). The store is filthy. The floors have garbage on it and is sticky in many places. More than half of their pumps didn't work and the only windshield squeegee I could find at more than half a dozen pumps had no water in the bucket, only trash.

Newer store, opened to a lot of fan fare and over the top customer service. Fast forward a year later, dirty store, empty bins, no cups, no fresh coffee, no fresh creamers or cupped creamers, but if you want an employee with an attitude, they definitely have that!! Drive down to 82 and Allisonville, they're friendlier and always stocked.

Establishment provides air for $1.50. But nozzle on machine was broken. They refused to compensate for the loss, claiming it wasn't their machine, even though it is clearly marked with a Speedway logo. Very argumentative. Unable to reach the local manager or owner of the station to lodge complaint. Do not patronize this establishment

the parking lot had trash all over and inside the store was not much better. the counter where you go to pay for your stuff was real dirty. card reader on the pumps wasn't working. a new BP station opened up on 75th St. recently. I'm going to start going there..... that one is clean and fresh and new

AVOID THIS PLACE, THE PUMPS DONT WORK AND I THOUGHT I'D ADISE THE ATTENDANT. HE TOLD ME HE IS NOT A MECHANIC. EITHER HE DONT CARE ABOUT HIS JOB OR THE OWNER DONT CARE, BOTH RESULTS IN A NEGATIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SO AVOID THIS GAS STATION AND SPEND YOUR MONEY AT PLACE WHERE ITS WORTH IT.

Sabrina is so awesome. One of the kindness staff at this location. I come in each night before going to work. I usually order a sandwich something quick, but she will take so much care in preparation I really appreciate it. Thanks again to college student who works very hard to please.

I forgot to check their name tag, but this [girl] was on their phone, texting, and made me bag my own items instead of doing it while my payment was processing. I had three closed drinks and a bag of candy. It would have taken all of 10 seconds to make the customer feel valued.

Usually have good luck with this Speedway. Today I went in and ordered 4 sausage, egg and cheese Tornados. Only 1 of the tornados was correct, 3 of the tornados are just cheese. Not sure how it happened but I wouldn't have paid $5 if I knew I wasn't getting what I ordered.

Speedy Cafe person literally told me she was going to start throwing things if people kept coming. She left the oven with my pizza in it beeping to go talk to other employees who werent doing anything. Burnt pizza, no customer support, terrible experience

8/29/23 - 130pm. Stopped in to get something to drink and got in self checkout line. Tried to ring up and none of the items would scan. So I went to other register and told the young woman the self scan wouldn't work. She said ya, we don't

While waiting in line heard the cashier tell 3 people that the ATM isn't work, 2 people complained the slushy machine wasn't work, and another person saying the bathroom was clogged...both people working the register just shrugged and said

At 4 pm today I had a terrible experience.... A brand new employee was allowed by veteran staff to argue with me regarding my money order transaction... The new employee was extremely rude and the veteran staff appeared to be too afraid of

This place is disgusting! Always dirty floors and trash everywhere. Doesn’t look like the soda area has been restocked or wiped down in months! Bath horrible also! Service is always so slow and it’s always very busy.

Unless you like to walk inside and wait in line of a dirty gas station to Pre Pay only then stay away from this one. Even makes you go inside to pay for gas ahead of time with a credit card. Rediculous

always busy. this one tends to need more maintenance. more people should be hired so the 2 up front, during rush hour, aren't trying to clean up messes in between the long line out the front door.

It’s ALWAYS filthy in there no matter what time of day. I like Speedway donuts but I don’t buy them from here because the case and floors are so nasty. Please hire better management!

I walked in and it smelt like some puked everywhere, every fountain machine, coffee machine and slushy machine was broken. Pretty disgusting place even for a gas station.

Every employee here hates beimg at work apparently and they are always arguing behind counter. The one old black fellow is the only one that has been a good person.

The ladies here really helped me a lot! I got my card stuck in the machine. She helped me get it out. Then helped me figure out how to pay for my gas. !!

Very dirty! Bathrooms nasty, trash everywhere on lot and floors in the store were very dirty. Go there for gas, but don't go inside.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. The inside and outside of the store was clean and well lit when I came.

I'd rate lower if I didn't have positive interactions with the over-worked, under-staffed employees there.

It gets really busy at rush hours along 82nd street. Save yourself and fill up before or after those times.

The slowest lines ever, found mold in the ice of the soda fountain machine... just the worst every time.
