I was in the station was going to get fuel like I always do from SPEEDWAY stations. I went inside first and was going to use the facilities. The blond headed clerk that works there at the station informed me that I wouldn't be able to use the bathrooms because she was going to keep them closed from midnight until six in the morning. Have a Denteley from what she explained to me and she had had problems with drugs being used in her bathroom. I have never taken any drugs that were not prescribed to me by a physician nor have I ever giving the appearance that I was that type of individual. I was dressed professionally and a uniform shirt and I had a company vehicle parked at the pumps with the company name on my shirt. I was shocked by this because I always tell everyone about going to SPEEDWAY because it's a great place to be able to get your gas and a snack and get back on the road again but I think after my experience tonight I probably won't be looking at a new place to buy gas at I would say over a year I do with my fleet of vehicles I bought enough gas to have my own tanker of fuel. But I guess at this point SPEEDWAY will not be getting that money anymore from me or my company I will take it elsewhere I went one block down the street to a Shell station and was greeted by a friendly face and was told that I could use their facilities so I bought fuel there and will probably continue to buy it from shell what a great company shame that SPEEDWAY has to treat their customers in this way. I would never recommend this station nor any other speedway station after this time. This was a terrible experience.

I didn't even go inside, just stopped for air. This place is absolutely disgusting!! There's trash everywhere outside & it's probably because their trash cans are over flowing!! As I was filling up the air in my tire, I notice multiple syringes everywhere around the air pump! Whatever you do is your business, but be considerate and pick up after yourself!!! Throw your needles in a bottle or something, not just on the ground! Oh & the air pump only takes quarters. I tried using my card, but it said the terminal was shut off by the owner. Luckily I found $2 in my purse/car! I will not be returning and don't suggest that anyone else goes either, unless you're needing a syringe or looking to get hep for or something worse!

Emerson at 465 on the south side. 10:18 AM on August 29, 2020. Have never encountered such rude employees. They were letting people walk straight to the register although 6 people were in line. A sign saying masks required was posted. 6 of the 9 people in the store were not wearing one. I nicely said that if masks were required something should be said. This was reacted to with FU you say something you AH. Something needs to be done about the tall, large, brunette

I used to stop in here every morning, on my way to work, but I have stopped going there all together anymore. The cooler is usually close to empty than full. It always looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. Also employees are not very attentive to people waiting at the register to purchase something. I have been the only person in the store and still waited 5 minutes to pay.

I'm an uber driver and stopped by at 1:50am to buy a few things and go to the restroom. Apparently, they do not provide a restroom to customers at night... even if you purchase something. The gentleman working this Saturday night/Sunday morning was not very nice about not providing a restroom either. I would NOT recommend this Speedway if you're out at night.

This Speedway is filthy - dirty inside and out. I didn't even want to to touch the doors. Trash everywhere outside. There was no equipment to wash windshields! They shouldn't buy a piece of land that isn't big enough to get vehicles in and around the pumps. My recommendation is to steer clear of this location.

I have long loved Speedway Coffee! Lowest gas prices in the state! Everywhere else I have been is over $4.20 gal. Here it is $3.88!!! Super cheap! Right off of I465 and surrounded by several food choices. Business is clean inside and out. Very nice Clerk's. Def coming back to this location Speedway.

Mercy way that's the only gas station I prefer to go to I will literally Drive 5 to 10 extra miles just to make it to a Speedway before I go to any other store heck I'd even pay a whole extra 50 cents more per gallon of gas before I would choose to go to any other store besides Speedway

I will say the selection here is better the the other store near the Beech Grove high school, but they stay slammed. I may be going at the busier times but i work around here thus shop here quick a bit. Good prices on gas, decent snacks and quick warm up meals. Decent.

A couple of visits I could only get fuel by paying inside. Pay at pump was not an option. Most visits pay at pump is operable. Lines inside can be 8 or more during peak fueling times- rush hours pre and post work, prior and during Winter weather events.

An apparent new hire cashiered me while I was buying some beer at this store. I forgot my I.D, after telling me she’d keep it at the counter while I got my I.D, shelved it minutes later, made me go get it myself, then refused the sale for

The morning staff at this location is awesome, the store is always clean. they are always polite and helpful .They have the best sweet tea I ever tasted. I couldn't think of going anywhere else.

Very busy at noon on a Friday!! Wow! At one point there were vehicles lined up behind those pumping at four of the pumps. Just one stall for men's and one for women's restrooms.

Breanna & Cindy went over and above to give me excellent service!!! Even bagged my purchase ! Haven’t had a good experience like this in a long time. Way to go ladies!

It is super busy because it's the only fuel station near a major business area and very busy freeway on/off ramp...so often there's a wait to fuel up

Left my ID on the counter like a dumb@$$ and the employees found it held on to it and called me to return it to me. Thanks guys!

My boys and I stopped in around 4:30 am. The girl working was super friendly and helpful. And the coffee was fresh.

It is difficult to get to off the road, especially during high traffic times. Bathrooms are not really clean.

Parking is a little thigh and some times people block the exit to the extra parking behind the building.
