Bought several pairs of shoes from here. Love the lay out by size, staff always very friendly and very helpful and they're is a good range of styles from thongs and slippers to evening shoes, boots, sandals and casual shoes. Prices are very well priced for quality. Picked up these boots for buy one ($60) second pair half price ($30).

Lady working at chermside working at 3:15pm (Friday 22nd Sept) sprayed the detergent while my 8year old brother was seating next to the seats waiting for me to try on shoes. Very rude and no customer service. Cleaning spray almost went to our eyes as she sprayed directly and very close.

Short girl with glasses needs a real attitude fix. Won’t even waste my time going into detail, but just plain rude and abrupt. Teach your team members some customer service skills. Unpleasant experience all round.
