-1 star for poor customer service. 4 stars for the price. Maybe I shouldn't expected the customer service. After all, the products here are very cheap compared with near by shoe shops. But why paying the same price of new shoes to buy a tester? Why buying the tester without the discount, right? I asked the staff to give me a new ones. It was just the typical answers we've normally got from places here, what we have is all on the shelf, I'm sure that's what we only have here, it's sold out if it's not on the shelf. Well what's in those stacked boxes on top of the shelf and the stock room? Just while I looked the stock room and thinking of this. The staff came closer to check the shoes on my hands and said she sure those are the last pairs. She then quickly walked away. I looked up, checked those stacked boxes on top of the shelf. Same name, same size, standing right there. My advice is, your lies probably wouldn't be that easy to caught out if your were in the same department of Myer or David Jones. Their stock is far apart from the showcase. The customer wouldn't even have the chance to help themselves finding it from the stocks.

Went in here today. Not great customer service. The girl at the counter seems to hate her job or dislikes talking to people. Didn't make eye contact. Didn't care. Please find an office job if customer service isn't your thing.

The service is fantastic. The staff is so friendly. She helped me to find the shoes with a very beautiful smile. The shoes is very comfortable, especially with extra innersole, which she recommended.

Great prices and fantastic quality shoes. I bought the Cooper Cohen's and was unsure on the style. That was until I got a great second opinion from one of the staff working there. Thank you!

Great range and value, especially for casual walking shoes made from washable non leather material that cost 2-3 times as much for name brands when they are not leather.

Men's range is fairly limited. There were about the options for black "leather" business shoes.

Worst customer service. Won't let me exchange shoe laces when online policy says you can.
