Bought a pair of kid's school shoes from them. We tried it on the store, and it was fine because my girl just walked around in them. However, just to be sure, we asked them if we could return the shoes in case it ends up being faulty. The store person said yes. After my girl wore it for a day at school, she said that the shoes were very slippery on the grass. The shoes also had an unstable base; she said it nearly twisted her ankles numerous times, especially when she was running. This is a major flaw to the design. We went to the store to get a refund on the shoe, under Consumer Law. The store person strongly denied it, because it was worn for 7 hrs. I felt very angry, because there is no use for the shoe. We are protected under Australian Consumer, especially when the product has a major flaw, but they won't even exchange it. For that reason, I give it a 1 star. I will never purchase shoes from them again. Terrible customer service.
Was looking at work boots here. When I left without buying them because I was gonna shop around first and maybe come back. The lady working looked over to where I was and said Excuse me where's the shoes?! Umm I was confused because I don't have anywhere to hold / hide them. She really made me feel super awkward. The shoes were on the floor in the box neatly against the shoe stand rack. I didn't get an apology either.
I purchased a pair of shoes online for click/collect, when I got home they were wrong colour.I rang Mt Ommaney store and spoke to Jenny, as I needed asap Jenny offered to drive to another shop before work and grab them for me!!! Thankyou so much Jenny! You are a legend!
Had such beautiful and friendly service today for my husband and I. On the recipe it's says her name is Eva. She helped us with shoes and was just a breath of fresh air having such lovely customer service.
Don't buy Stacey Everflex! Terrible quality. Lasted 5 weeks at school, has a hole in the bottom and after one week big scuff marks! Also tried to put a review on their website which never showed up.
Elisa helped me find the perfect pair of shoes, I was not loving anything I was trying on. She picked out the perfect pair first try and she was just so lovely and kind. Thank you so much !! :)
I only go here because they are cheap. Don't expect any help find the right size up high, both staff are kept busy looking bored and vegetating next to the register.
No one came to ask if I needed any assistance The two ladies were at the front counter taking amoungst themselves Would NOT recomend this business to anyonr
Great choice for almost every size. Small easy but 9 ( I am) is a tiny bit to find. Staff were so fast and friendly it's great for a cheap place
Little more than I was hoping to spend at "Spendless", but the young lady was wonderful and my daughter's happy …
Staff are always ready to help, and friendly. Great with children who are very fussy.
