For those reading Stacy’s review I would like to make a point that I was in the store at the same time as this particular woman and her child and their collective behaviour was more than appalling. Not only was her child pushing over the chairs and rolling on the floor, but this woman’s language towards the girls working was disgusting. Her shoes which were very obviously damaged because of wearer fault were exchanged and the second pair was not exchangeable. Stacy threw the shoes at the woman working from across the counter much like a child throwing a tantrum. For a woman that was wearing a school uniform( clearly a staff member) I would expect much better than that. The store is always clean and beautifully presented and the girls that work there are nothing but lovely. Nor me or my whole family has ever had a negative experience. Be better Stacy!

I purchased two pair of shoes a few weeks ago. One pair the rubber sole started peeling off and the other pair had the decorative strap twisted. I tried to return them today but was told that there is no warranty on shoes and that this is normal wear and tear. The sales attendant laughed at me for finding this unacceptable. Shoes should last longer than a few weeks surely.

Absolutely horrible quality and service! I'd be better off going to Kmart. Purchased these shoes for my daughter only 2 months ago. Took them back to the Forest Lake store and they refused to do anything as they said it's wear and tear. The velcro should NOT come off after only 2 months when they have not been worn every day.

A lady named Shona help me and my kids get the best affordable shoes for them... she was so patient and understanding... thank you... very hard to find that type of service these days!!

.1 gripe .they wouldn't dispose of my old shoes even though I pu t them in a shoebox.they said our bin is only for paper and I'd have to find a bin in the mall
