Organised click and collect as with current climate of the world I can’t go into shops yet, went to pick up the order I have already paid for and was told I couldn’t pick up even though it was click and collect. I can understand everyone is in an awkward position but the girl at the front could of been a lot kinder to me and not just shun me off like I was a criminal. Very rude, felt very embarrassed and very disappointed. Discrimination at its finest.

Thursday 27th July at 9:30am I walked in to see a woman behind the counter on her phone. She greeted me but continued on her phone. Offering no help, I ended up leaving. I’m pretty sure there would be things to do first thing in the morning. Not a great experience.

Nice cheap options, but kind of annoying only having one staff member on. If they are helping someone else they can take a long time getting a box down for you.
