I had the worst experience ever. The lady in the entrance counter was very unfriendly, impolite and unprofessional. She needs to understand she gets paid her salary because of us. The ATM in the casino was not working so i had to go to the nearby atm to withdraw cash and when i returned back to the casino, she was shouting saying why am going in and out?! Like seriously? Your casino’s atm is not working and i had to walk across to bring money and this is how you treat your players? Im not asking to be treated as VIP but she needs to be welcoming. Never going back again. Not recommend.
