First time back since I started a family, but it's the same great experience I remember as a teenager. The lanes are plenty and very well kept. And any issues that arise are taken care of quickly and efficiently and with a smile! The bathrooms are also very clean and well kept. I took my 6 and 3 year old here and was surprised that they had shoes for my little one. They have the ball ramps and 6 lb balls as well for the little guys. Prices are reasonable and was able to play 2 games and spend about 2 hours with the kiddos. What a great experience! There is a good counter that has drinks and snacks foods galore, and a lot of lockers to use as well. Everything was done with a smile and the staff was very polite, even when they were slammed. What a great place to bring the family, and we will definitely come back!

So, before my younger sister fly back to Nova Scotia, we went to spend our time here, you need to show proof of your vaccination! (Covid free) Unfortunately I and my hubby did not go in because I forgot mine and for some reason We cannot access it online so we did not had fun that nightlesson learned ….this time don’t forget your covid vaccine passport , so My mom, My 2 sisters and my kids went to roll and bowl, My kids says they enjoyed the only reason I put 4star is that they don’t have small size for the kids (while waiting for them to finish the game we drove to jolibbee. Oh and I was told that the other group of people beside them was so rude, they did not like the kids around these people should bowl in their own place. This place is suppose to be fun for everyone.

I was trying to book a lane for my family to go bowling today. Have to do it online , fine. There is money on my card and it was not accepting my visa debit. I phoned Let's bowl and a male answered. I told him I was having issues. He told me visa debit does not work and I need a credit card. You can't reserve over the phone. He told me I can chance it and come at 6 and wait for a lane. I'm not going to wait with my children. Anyways, he was very rude. I told him he was rude and hung up. I tried reserving online with my friends credit card and still, it was not working. I phoned Let's bowl and this male answered. I started to tell him I found a credit card to book and he hung up on me and is now not answering the phone at all. Very disrespectful. I'm trying to just go bowling with the family.

I called with less then a week's notice to reserve three lanes for a party, I thought for sure I left it too late but Dave (I believe he was the owner) cheerfully took my reservation without missing a beat. Once we got there, checking in was easy. We had an awesome time. The facility was well laid out albeit a little tired looking. The only thing that keeps from giving five stars was the staff. They were all business and not overly pleasant. Almost like they were expecting customers to be difficult all the time or something. They weren't surly or anything, just not as nice as the guy on the phone was. Either way, I highly recommend spending an hour or two here. It was a lot of fun for our party!

I haven’t been bowling in a while, I had a good experience at this place right up until last call. My friends and I decided to grab food and drinks, I was the last one to order at exactly 11:01 they cut off alcoholic beverages while all my friends got theirs. I ended up ordering Mac and cheese bites I waited almost half an hour and received nothing they claimed to have served us (my friend ordered the same item) I ordered separately. Their reasoning made no sense. They ended up giving me a refund, no apology or a proper reason as to what happened. I highly suggest you guys to retrain your employees especially the girl in the kitchen. Needless to say I will not be back until I hear improvements.

my son and I have recently started bowling again after years off and we've tried every alley, and hands down Let's Bowl is the best in Calgary.. Lanes are always in great shape, maintained, oiled perfectly. Great pro shop run by super knowledgeable, helpful Pro, Rich will always get you set up properly with either equipment, accessories or lessons. All of Let's Bowl's staff is always friendly and helpful. If you love to Bowl seriously or even just to go have fun with family & friends, Let's Bowl should be your only choice. Great Lanes, great atmosphere, great staff, amazing service everytime! Try it.. I dare you to disagree.

Always go to this bowling place for the past couple of years, went twice last week and the first time around it was great. Good food and the lady at the food counter was nice, a little younger. But service counter woman was an elderly woman and abruptly rude. She was sitting on her computer for the longest time and didn’t even approach us we were waiting at the counter for about 10 minutes. Went back with my family over the weekend and an elderly man and woman were at the counter and were super rude as well. Bowling alleys are good and it’s in good shape but the service was terrible and staff was rude.

Went on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy so we were patient about waiting for food but after 45mins, I came up and asked NICELY on how long our food will take, the lady claiming to be a manager (but I asked the other lady and she’s only the supervisor in charge) told me in a rude tone that the food will come out when it’s ready and all you can do is wait. I CAME UP AND TRIED TO BE NICE EVEN THOUGH WE WERE STARVING AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS SO MUCH DISRESPECT. If that’s how you treat your customers then you don’t deserve to be in charge. I guess come here when you’re full and just enjoy the game.

Fantastic little bowling place. Nice lanes, has some pool tables ($2 to play, 2 loonies), and some arcade games. Great place to hang out with the friends. Had a good time here, and the staff were friendly. Edit: when I came the second time, I would say that the staff were less friendly the second time. It was still fun. They do have gutters and 6 pound balls, helped with the little one we had! Would like it if the rates were posted somewhere or made visible. I couldn’t really see these. This would help! Tried the poutine and waffle fries. Their fries are really good! The size was decent for $7.

Its good. We bought 2 lanes as that was required for 7 people. We paid for 2 hours flat. We set it up to have two games going at once with 7 players...for about an hour, this was fine. Then they randomly deleted the 7th player in both games, who just happened to be tied for first. Kinda disappointing they don't tell you this will happen...at least restrict the player creation to 6 if you want to enforce a rule like that. Why let people add up to 9 players per lane just to delete them an hour into playing lol. Seemed weird. Other than that, all around a good place go bowl

The Bowling Alley was Clean with ample lanes. We reserved few lanes in advance & interaction with team was quick & easy going. All lanes worked flawlessly & equipped well. Considering it's Bowling Alley, the food was decent with alcohol availability & service was good. I am surprised by comments with regards to racism received. From most recent being just 5 days ago and most old I reviewed untill 5 years ago, so some clients definitely went through issues it seems, but I personally didn't. Went to Let's Bowl again following original review & no troubles

I was here today around 3:00 pm afternoon time …and I had really worst experience with staff here…there was a guy with glasses was very rude and racist…I was there with my family for a good time but instead I feel discriminated…he was trying to tell me that how to play bowling ( FYI: I know how to play). At last we told him that we don’t like his behaviour but still he was not sorry and gave us attitude…this is not the way to judge people by their appearance….his attitude was so pathetic…treat people politely that all I want.

Tried to scam us out of 40$ and made us double pay, when asked about it they denied it twice until we showed them proof. Additionally they told us to pay per lane on a Sunday which is double the cost when it’s supposed to be 5$ per person per game. Ended up charging 7 of us 40$ each which is insane since we played 3 games. When asked why they didn’t tell us to pay per person they said they are told not to tell anyone about it. Bad management and a scam. The one guy with the bun was rude the entire time. Won’t be back.

My family has been coming here since I was a child, and now MY kids get to enjoy our love of bowling!! The staff are always amazing and very helpful. They are very accommodating and understanding. We were celebrating a birthday on Monday, and they allowed us to adjust our reservation last minute and gave us some additional add-ons to ensure our party enjoyed our time! Never a disappointment, very clean throughout the entire facility and I can't say enough about the staff!! 100% best bowling alley in the city!!

We held a corporate event here for 38 people on a thursday, including small children and wheelchair bound employees. They were able able provide accessible options for everyone. From the very start, all of the staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, friendly and accommodating. There was tons of room for everyone, plus guests outside of our party. The pizzas and pop jugs were great too! It was clean, organized and well cared for inside the building. I highly recommend this location for a group booking!

Great place to go to, been here numerous times. The last time was a company get together and I must say that the experience was great. Friendly staff and good (bowling) food. They have little ramps ad lightweight bowling balls for the small children to use. My daughter is three and she loved it. Would go again with my family next time. They have lots of different things to keep you busy. A foozeball table sits in one corner and two billiard tables along with I believe are pinball machines.

Worst experience.. the Manager who claimed his name William was so rude .. never expected this kind of behavior. We paid for full 1 hour but got only 40 mins as we were waiting for our friends and we mintioned that our friends are coming in a bit. We have been coming here since last two years but won't be coming anymore. This was one of the worst experience we got from a manager. He literally was shouting and not even gave us the full refund. This happened on April 7 at 8 pm.

Bowling is pretty bleek here. Lanes are okay, and balls are quite bad. Whatever you do, don't get any food. It's all just frozen food, and you'll be paying more than double for it. We had a fairly large group, with vegetarians and nonvegeterians and they would just bring the vege and meat food in one plate. Horrible experience and will never go back. The staff are also very rude. I just wanted a pitcher of water for my group and they made me wait 5 mins to get it.

It is one of the best bowling lounge in NE Calgary. It have a waiting lounge and a gaming lounge apart from the bowling lanes. The people over there are very nice and humble , they even let us played the pool when we were waiting for our lane without any charges. Loved the ambience , good music , crowded and sanitized. The best they serve tasty fries a must place to visit to let off the weekday steams We enjoyed alot.

I totally understand that weekend is always busy. But then why you guys take name on the list for waiting. After waiting for a while when I asked for the slot she said that we Already have given slot to other guys. Very rude girl who was working over there l. If you have process for waiting you guys should be doing in a well mannered way. Not like whoever come you give them slot and then people on the wait list Kees waiting. Very rude.

I had a great time bowling with my son tonight! The music, lights and general ambiance was great. I paid 75$ for 1 hour including the shoes. If you are more people you pay the same price as it is per lane per hour. For the kids make sure you ask for the light weight balls 6-8. We ordered nachos and chicken burgers, both was good considering it is "bowling" food. The staff are young but friendly and helpful. We will definetly return!

Absolutely racist!!! Although I read the review before going, I thought may be it’s not always true but the guy there at the desk was indeed racist and we left immediately. I appreciate Let’s Bowl reply to my comment here. But I don’t think emailing you about the situation is gonna change anything. You already have 26 reviews about racist behaviour from your employees and yet nothing is being done. Thank you but no thank you!!

I have been coming here every Thursday night for a year and it's the best in town for many reasons. 1. The staff there are so friendly and accommodating 2. The pizza and wings are fantastic 3. The lanes and balls are kept in great condition 4. Atmosphere is fun and welcoming (especially for families with young kids) 5. Amanda's smiling face at the front counter. Always happy to happy to help.

Hey, I actually was a regular customer since last two year but today I did encounter very disappointing service in lets bowl and due to that i wont be coming back to this. There was one Customer service representative named as WILLIAMS, he was so rude that instead of finding a solution for the customer he was constantly misbehaving. Please do the needful action on this matter.

I went here with my friends last weekend and it was great! I booked lanes ahead of time and the staff were super accommodating and so kind! They were also quick and efficient. The prices are so good and the place also has a bar and food to enjoy while playing. I highly recommend this place and we are definitely coming back. Thank you for making our night the best night ever!

I've come here a few times with my friends and family. Service here is a hit or miss. Usually they're not the most friendly. I'm not going to lie. The food wasn't too good either but who's expecting high quality food here? Haha But seriously the service worker here renting the shoes can be so rude sometimes. It's off-putting. Unfortunately, my experience at this bowling club was as disappointing as a gutterball! Everything started off well, but when problems arose, the management seemed to think that rolling my concerns to the right wall would solve them. It appears that the only thing more colorful than the balls here was the lack of responsibility from the bowling alley manager!

A friend with special needs and I had a really good time on the weekend. The staff were really friendly, they would even join in celebration along with us when we got excited about a strike! They also did a great job of informing us of the best time to come for value as we like to be mindful of our budget. The fries were also tasty :) excited to come back.

Bowling here is a lot of fun, the prices are affordable (if teenagers can afford it then it's pretty good) and the service is great. Our lane broke down and we got help right away and an extra 5 minutes. Bowling for one hour for 4 people with shoes came out to around $80, we got 2 games in. So it's pretty good Overall, 5 stars Would go here again

Came here for family day a couple of weeks ago. Was a fun experience for me and my family (competitive as well between us lol) to spend an hour or two here bowling. The place is kept tidy and clean every-time I've been there, and I've never had any problems with any of the staff there before, they are all respectful to all of their customers.

Bowling was so much fun,staff we're very helpful and pleasant, I recommend bowling there,I do not recommend going on an empty stomach...the nachos were very disappointing!,they were fully loaded with taco chicken, however there was no Taco flavoring it was very bland it tasted like nothing very dry chicken. Again bowling was extremely fun.

Out of the 30 lanes for bowling only 4 were in use. For whatever reason all 4 lanes were playing next to eachother which I really didn't like. Was very hot inside and they refused to turn on any fans above our lanes. Only good thing was it was an OK price for 1 hour of play. I would not recommend this place and I won't be coming back.

I Love it here the staff is friendly and the vibes are always good my son is part of a bowling league here and they have provided great training and service to my son to help him get better and achieve his goals as a new bowler I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted to get bowling and see some truly gift bowlers

I have had hosted both family and work functions here. On all occasions the staff have been courteous and kind. The only issue we've ever had is at one work function where we dealt with sewer smell the entire time. It was gross but there really is little the owner can do about issues beneath the building.

Very bad customer service the associate was talking were rudely even we did the reservation for the lane. The person was William at April 7 time 8:20. We were the loyal customers since 2 years now we won’t be here anymore . He misbehaved and didn’t even gave appropriate answer and was being racist.

I went there for a birthday party and all the employees and staff were very kind and welcoming! They were very patient and did everything to the best of their ability and the lanes and atmosphere were great!10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a great time with friends and family!

Felt a little worn in some areas. I was disappointed they wouldn’t sell me shoes to play. I refuse to wear communal shoes. Pizza wasn’t very good. Won’t be back with my family to this alley. Parking was great. Bathrooms are so so. Lanes looks well kept, but again didn’t get to play.

Always amazing! I've been coming here for legit years, beers are cheap, wings are good and bowling is excellent! Clean, non-smelly shoes, well maintained lanes, and tonight they extended 15 mins so we could finish our game for free! Stellar customer service, always highly recommend!

Came here for a work Christmas party. They abided by covid restrictions and were VERY accommodating and friendly. There was a mix up with our orders and we had to wait an hour for our platters, but overall was good service, clean facility, and a fun time! Will definitely be back.

We walked in and Justin who was at the counter just threw our shoes to us. The way he answers was just not courteous. You can feel that he was not professional. We've been bringing visiting friends from out of country but with this experience, there will be hesitation next time.

Very unfriendly experience. The older bald gentleman should pick up some customer service lessons if he wants to be in a customer service position. Every other staff here was nice and hardworking except for this guy. Would not recommend this place for families with kids.

Great atmosphere, really good service. We had a few issues where the balls were getting stuck, and the attendants were on top of things quickly. My only issue was the pizza is not that good. I didn't have any other food, so I am to going to speak on the other options

This place is OK. Dead centre between good and bad. The good: - Place is nice - Ambiance is good Bad: - The front staff is dead (smile guys!) - The machines are a little old - All the balls are greasy - The tables are too close!! Would I be back? Maybe.

My wife and I went to this place tonight and it was great! We had some food and play for an hour. People there is so welcoming, specially William and a lady who recommended us the drinks. We did not ask her name but we hope she serve us next time we go.

Great place. But one thing surprised me, while in ON and USA as well, never paid for shoes. They say game is $5 during happy hours and then charge you another $5 for the shoes as well. Pretty weird. Nice place to spend time with your family & friends.

Went with the family. Didn't have reservation but was able to get a lane right away. They have automatic bumper bars that rise out of the gutters for t he kids when it's their turn to bowl which made the game much more enjoyable for them.

Love this place, it is my favourite alley in the city. The facility is clean and spacious. Lots of great bowlers practice there and all around its good vibes. The people who run it have always been friendly with us.

Really friendly and helpful staff! They had kids balls for 10pin, and ramps to make it easier for kids or more accessible for adults. I've never seen bumpers that go up and down depending on the player - thanks!

Great place to get the family together and have some fun. Only thing that sucked is we brought an ice cream cake and asked them to put it in the freezer, but they just put it in the fridge, so it melted a bit.

Overall it was good place to enjoy I went there yesterday with my family but an employee named Justin was really rude. We went to enjoy but his worst customer service and rude behaviour destroyed our fun time

This bowling alley is wonderful. The staff are kind and quick to help you out when needed. Also, relatively cheap for the hour! The food from the kitchen was good and it was a fun atmosphere to bowl.

This bowling alley is busy so reserved your lane, days ahead! They have nice party packages for big groups. Pizzas were okay. The Friday evening crew were amazing and respectful with the customers

I visited this place with my family and my friend’s family as it was her birthday. It was packed however we were lucky and got the lane reserved right away for an hour. We enjoyed our visit a lot

We love coming here, the blacklights on weekend evenings are so fun and they just upgraded all of their software and lane displays. Great staff and good food. Love Karen and the whole team!

We had a good sized group and a wonderful time. The only slight downside is that the lanes are timed per hour and not per game but it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely return again!

The staff are not great, they seem confused and have no idea how to attend a desk. It is okay, but overpriced to bowl, especially since the lanes are very crowded and not set up great!

We are visiting Calgary and decided to do some bowling. All of the staff at Let’s Bowl were amazing. The staff were attentive and extremely welcoming. 10/10 would go again.

Great place to enjoy a night of throwing rocks at pins. Service is great and the bowling shop is just as awesome. Definitely recommend this place for parties and dates.

Very friendly and customer service oriented. Big, busy place. A wee bit on the pricier side but a great place for our family's first bowling experience.

Good place. Went there on a Saturday. It was $55 an hour. Music selection is okay too. Service was a little slower when the bowling alley was stuck.
