Abismal store layout! They seem to think it's a good idea to display shoes round edge of store, on floor under shoe displays, this making it impossible for me to get round the store with my wheeled walker, which meant a member of staff had to assist me with purchase of shoes. Service wasn't too bad, so that made up for it.

Difficult to go around the store with a wheel chair as its too tight with railings so crammed together but for a staff member to see you and then proceeds to put a railing in front of you when you're trying to make your way through the store is an absolute joke. Would give it a zero if I could.

Poor customer service - went in to quickly grab a pair of football boots and leave... not a chance at this place. Approached three members of staff to ask for my size, all of whom rudely told me I needed to find somebody else. Turned what should have been a 5 minute purchase into 25 minutes.
