So many girls working in store and not one welcome. The earrings I purchased had a fault however, they weren’t happy to exchange it for another one as their policy states. If a product has a fault surely I can replace it for another one. Pretty disappointing.

Staff here are really something else. Walk up to the counter, smile and say hi to the girl behind the desk, and no acknowledgement or smile back. Didn't say one word to me the entire time or even look at me. Not sure if its management

Not a fun experience. So much stock on the racks I had to wrestle the hanger out of the compacted mass, putting things back was even worse. Dressing rooms are very small & the hooks only hold 2 items.

Maybe don’t switch off the music and start locking the doors at 5:05 on a Saturday evening when you are open until 5:30! The girls were obviously trying to drive customers out so they could go home!

Good selection of trendy clothing, some handbags, shoes and, jewellery accessories,etc, some winter clothes are in store now. staff are positive and helpful.

Uninterested and unhelpful girl on the front with double nose ring ...bad customer service don't appreciate.
