Very unprofessional service. Lady interrupting the massage to also look after reception. In a 1 hour massage left and came back 4 times. Paid for 1 hour, probably got one hour in broken blocks, but far from relaxing due to the waiting and interruption. Each time the door opened for her to leave, the darkened room was flooded with the super bright lights from the adjoining reception area. One time she left with hot towels on me (which was nice initially ), but on returning seemed to forget them and they were actually slightly chilly. Because we were “new” customers we were asked to make a deposit prior to arrival. We did. On arrival this wasn’t even mentioned or acknowledged...it was only after I questioned the amount to be paid on eftpos, and the deposit did they deduct the $50. On the note of the deposit, the owner explained that she got a lot of “fake” bookings...told us she got a lot of Indian sounding names and people making bookings...but we didn’t sound Indian so though we were real (this was explained when I questioned the deposit and how it had t been deducted) Racist or what ! Disappointed we took a chance with these guys, won’t be back. If you cant staff a couples massage properly, and need to manage your other customers mid booking...simple...don't offer the booking. Had this been discussed at the time of booking we would have not gone through with it.

I was given a voucher for a 30 minute massage and 30 minute facial for a birthday present (my wife knows me well!) The inside of the building is nice, without being anything special, but nothing really to complain about. There were three Chinese ladies working there, and after I had completed the required paperwork, one of them showed me through to the therapy room. She started with the massage, which was ok, but far from the best massage I've ever had. The problem is, despite the soothing music playing in the room, the other two ladies were talking loudly to each other in Chinese, which was clearly audible through the door, and detracted from the relaxing atmosphere I should have been experiencing. I then turned into my back for my facial. The lady tending to me had eaten bucket full of onion or garlic the night before, and unfortunately, because she was sitting closer to me to do the facial, all I could smell was stale onion/garlic. The facial wasn't good at all. She applied a steamer to my face but angled it so that it was blowing on my chin more than anywhere else. She rubbed two creams into me, which both felt and smelled identical, so I'm not sure if they were just the same cream twice. It just felt like moisturiser. Overall, between the loud talking and stale breath, I didn't find the experience relaxing and I wouldn't recommend this day spa.

By far the worst experience. Booked for relaxation massage and got excruciating ‘therapeutic’ massage which had me in pain from the moment the session begun. Midway through the massage receptionist just walked in, massage stopped and they started conversing in Chinese by the bed for a while. Suddenly my masseuse left, receptionist took over, placed a wet towel over me, then the previous masseuse came back and took over. Had hot stones - very random - for a relaxation massage?! They also booked the same masseuse (he informed me he’s only a myotherapist!) to do the facial which was part of the package. Had cream going in my eyes. 90% of that section I had the tip of my nose massaged and patted. Lots of door slamming in this and other rooms. If I could rate this experience any lower, I would. Money wasted and experience ruined. Major disappointment.

Complex booking process. Asked to book a week ahead which i dont personally consider "wayyy to far ahead" as the lady on the phone declined my booking. I dont understand how busy working parents can schedule appointments with this beauty clinic when you cannot even book a week in advance. Some of us need baby sitters/ daycareor family to be available to attend. Sadly not very friendly service over the phone and will not attempt to make a booking here again. The booking process was frustrating. I called an other spa and got a booking straight away, a week ahead of time too. I dont consider this to be a big deal and think any customer orientated clinic would honour this request or at least provide a reasonable explanation as to why this cannot be faciliated.

This is a great spa! I have been looking for some time for a place that has a jacuzzi and a massage to celebrate birthday with my husband and that’s not too far or super expensive.. and I found this place and thought I’d give it a try.. absolutely amazing experience and flexible options .. started with relaxing jacuzzi for 30 mins just me and my husband.. then had an amazing relaxing massage with hot stones.. felt great! Then in the bathroom they have a very nice space if you want to get ready if you’re going out after.. they have hairdryer and you can get your own if you want.. really nice place and perfect location .. just told them it’s my birthday and they gave me a gift :D .. lovely people! I’m coming back for more!

DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS - they offer a discount for 5 star rating. Extremely disappointed. Came in for a couples massage and received the worst massage we both had ever had. Extremely unprofessional in the massage, another staff member came in and they chatted to each other for ages during my massage aswell as swapping over people without telling me?? I also received hot stones and my partner did not? Confusing both of us had completely different massages but both could not have been any worse. Lovely friendly staff but need to learn how to massage properly and be more professional.

I attended Spring House Day Spa & Massage yesterday for the second time and again had wonderful experience. On entering, I was warmly greeted by Michelle and offered complimentary bottled water while I waited. The ambience and cleanliness of the establishment is excellent. The masseur was highly skilled and provided a very relaxing experience as well as working aching spots. Great customer service. Will definitely be back!!

I took my partner there to start our anniversary day. What a great experience. Reasonable price for the services. We loved the jacuzzi Spa, the temperature of the water was perfect. After that, we had a couple massage. My partner was so relaxed! He loved his massage (he is a big boy so he asked for a strong massage) It was very comfortable. The kindness of the ladies and their valuable service. Coming back for sure!

Tried to ask about prices and was told it would only be a certain price if I paid cash. I was also told to go somewhere else and hung up on when I asked why the “non member” price was so high. I’m sure they are giving people incentives to leave good reviews, and to pay cash for a reason. I explained it was harder to go to an ATM for me because I am unwell but the lady was rude and abrupt.

Very good massage experience, Amber's massage is very comfortable. The environment and decoration of the store are also very good. Really happy experience. I have been to many massage parlors and this is by far my favorite. Every therapist is friendly. The spa area is clean. The best experience is to soak in the hot spring for 30 minutes and then do an hour massage.

The Ladies are always very welcoming, offering water and the service is wonderful. I’ve had feet and leg massages, as well as all body including hot stones. The First Lady was wonderful using the hot stones and the Second Lady was insanely strong and exactly what my body and muscles needed! Recommend to anyone to try these lovely ladies

I think they are about a 4.5 star business. Positives are : enthusiastic staff, cleanliness, value for money, luxurious and opulent offerings. Negatives : aiming for high end spa house in a suburban house (household items visible at many places), massage tried to jam pack everything in one hour. Like a good meal sometimes less is more.

I have been able to receive a very professional service from a highly skilled staff member who could understand the client's needs well and provide the service accordingly. I was suffering forma ongoing shoulder problem and with the first treatment it is 75% improved. Hygienically maintained clean environment.
