"Store location: 1745 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010 Let me start off by saying this is hands down THE WORST STORE in their organization"
"I visited Sprouts east el paso today, have been there several times, but today was exceptionally bad(7-22-16) approx 2:30 pm"
"I have been a loyal customer of Sprouts since day one when store #112 in Austin opened almost ten years ago, even though there are hard working great employees at this store there are also some who should not be working there they have no clue about the stuff they sell, there cheese bin is either not stocked or have wrong prices especially on Wednesdays when the sale starts, if you need some cheese you need to go to deli and take a step lather with you sine you can not see what is happening behind deli counter, each and every week in average we have spent $175"
"All of this morning's disappointments COULD have been solved with you simply answering the telephone"
"I have been doing most of my grocery shopping here in spite of it being over 7 miles from my house (I have other groceries within 1-5 miles in various brands)"
Store location: 1745 E Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75010 Let me start off by saying this is hands down THE WORST STORE in their organization. To start off, "Head Cashier, Jessica" was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and UNHELPFUL, to say the least. I called with an issue and she was non stop trying to overtalk me, told me that i didnt need to speak with a manager, despite asking her several times, told me she was in charge (she is not at all) and then when i finally got her to listen to me, i asked again to speak to a manager, she said "fine" and put me on hold with a tremendous amount of attitude. I got "manager" Kevin on the phone, and here we go again with the HORRIBLE customer service they have! Kevin explained to me that Jessica wasnt in charge of anything, she was just a cashier. Hahaha cashier thinks she runs the store. Anyways, I explained my issue to Kevin. My issue is that my family had used Instacart (app on phone) to get our groceries this past sunday. The app, the receipt in the app, and the instacart runner all confirmed that this was the exact store they went to. Kevin called me a liar, stating that his Sprouts location DOES NOT support Instacart and then proceeded to call me a liar for accusing his store of any wrongdoing. My issue i called about was to inform the store that i had bought a bag of string cheese with the date of 5/23/19 on each one, turns out it was molding inside the package. But neither person i spoke with cared at all, JESSICA and KEVIN (manager) could care less and insinuated that i was a liar. I will be taking this to corporate and will be speaking with my attorney on how they work their store over there and the level of customer service (nonexistent), along with selling moldy food to consumers. This is ridiculous on all levels. To be called a liar, to get the attitude i was given over the phone, crazy how he is a so called manager or why JESSICA thinks she runs anything over there.
I visited Sprouts east el paso today, have been there several times, but today was exceptionally bad(7-22-16) approx 2:30 pm.I was so upset that I cried on my way home thinking about how hard I work at being kind and fair, and not getting it back in return, especially from managers who's job it is to keep their customers happy.Lets say that i felt unappreciated and almost jipped by 1 store manager( mauricio), and 1 head cashier( rude, blonde older woman) today, and I will never return or proudly refer this store to anyone in the future, and all over a 3.29 sale.. I was informed by an employee of a sale item, once i got to the register i was rudely told that i had been misinformed, i had already swiped my card but believed that it had not been charged since i walked away without the item. To make a long story short, not only had i been charged for this item, but the cashier let me walk away without informing me about it!, After having talked with the store manager about the inconvenience(since i drove a long distance), but He had no empathy and made this experience worse for me. Too long for detail, but I feel as though these people believe that they are " the working elite" of grocery stores, YOURE NOT!!! Shame on you and your managerial skills!!!! I hope that corporate reads this and contacts me!
I have been a loyal customer of Sprouts since day one when store #112 in Austin opened almost ten years ago, even though there are hard working great employees at this store there are also some who should not be working there they have no clue about the stuff they sell, there cheese bin is either not stocked or have wrong prices especially on Wednesdays when the sale starts, if you need some cheese you need to go to deli and take a step lather with you sine you can not see what is happening behind deli counter, each and every week in average we have spent $175.00 there totaling $700.00 plus every month but I have just decided to stop shopping at this store till the store manager really tries to write up the few employees who were rude to me and my wife they did not take any step to help me with my purchase and they had no clue poorly run...It takes a long time to earn someones business but it is so easy to lose them just like TRUST. Till this issue REALLY gets resolved I will not shop there.
All of this morning's disappointments COULD have been solved with you simply answering the telephone. Pull it together sprouts you're better than this . ** Update ** Please don't insult myself and/or anyone reading this review with your pathetically generic response you've just posted. Its 2018 and you have a Shoretel Voicemail box setup as your phone number on Google Maps, and what's worse is it hasn't even been set up to represent your company! Call the number yourself and then feel free to leave yourself a voicemail, i promise nobody will pick up. I purchase my lunch at your many stores across the valley a minimum of 3 times a week. The selection this "Express" store has of half effort sandwiches is pathetic. And they cost is the same as the ones made to order in your store? I shop at your stores because of the quality AND value your actual stores provide. This "Express" store you've created is the idea of someone that is CLEARLY out of touch with your clientele here in AZ. Be better.
I have been doing most of my grocery shopping here in spite of it being over 7 miles from my house (I have other groceries within 1-5 miles in various brands). I love buying organic free range poultry and organic aged beef when I want a steak. The selection of produce is excellent and reasonably priced and the people are friendly and helpful. The only thing I'd prefer would to be closer so I could go more often. A neighbor goes to the converted Sprouts from Sunflower around Belltown (not THAT much closer but I may try).
Sprout's is catching up with Fry's (Kroger Co) with respect to empty shelves. For the 5th time in one month when I visited the local Sprout's certain deli items are still not available! Was told would be available on (Weds). Well, it's Weds and deli products still not available. Additionally deli staff is the worst! Apparently they dislike their jobs because customers are always ignored .. well, I am anyway. Grand new corporate offices but don't care to "mind the stores"!
YOU GUYS ARE SLIPPING. BIG TIME. TIRED, VERY TIRED OF BUYING PRODUCE TO FIND IT ROTTEN IN JUST A FEW DAYS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, ESPECIALLY WITH THE PRICES YOU ARE CHARGING YOUR CUSTOMERS. THIS HAS HAPPENED NOT JUST TO ME BUT SEPARATE MEMBERS OF THE FAMILY ON MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. YOU ARE RAPIDLY LOSING PEOPLE AS I HAVE SPOEKN TO FRIENDS WHO ARE JUST AS UPSET WITH YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES. GET WITH IT. WE CAN ALWAYS SHOP ELSEWHERE. AND WILL.
Formerly worked at store in Miramar Fl. Very toxic management. Brought complaints to corporate..was told 'no retaliation' from where I was working. Store cut my hours to FIVE A WEEK! Complained to corporate. The impression I got from their response is 'up to the store as far as giving hours'...they said someone at Miramar store getting 4! hours a week.People I spoke to there said 'you made the right move by leaving.'
My Black/Brown people please don't support, buy, shop with an organization that supports and plays part of systematic racism here in America. facebook group with over 100 members and comments and concerns complaints about Sprouts all over. Please check out before shopping/supporting this place. Will make you think twice js. Stay Woke. Don't be they're next victim.
I have been a loyal sprouts shopper since the first one opened in Albuquerque despite driving over 30 miles to the store. BUT one by one all the reasons to shop that far, away have been disappearing. First no Bubbe's. Then no Marie's Blue Cheese dressing. Now no Nathan's dill pickles. Your milk is consistently within a week or less of its sell by date. you lost me
This is an EXPRESS Sprouts, not a full size store! They have an extremely limited selection compared to their regular stores, and had literally nothing that was on my list. I feel like the name should be changed to Sprouts Express on Google maps so people aren't misled. I drove out of my way to get here between other errands, only to be sorely disappointed.
Sprouts has to be the cleanest market in all of AZ as well as having a wonderful assortment of organic fruits and vegetables. I was very disappointed to see that their small market on High Street, east of Desert Ridge, is temporarily closed because of social distancing. We're hoping to see it back open and not closed permanently!
Horrible company. Walking my dog I've seen pallets of food sitting outside the back of Miller and Camelback store in the heat for hours even days!! Baby food, juice, etc the employee said the pallet of soda cans were exploding like fireworks. Got no response from company when I inquired about food safety.
I have been a loyal sprout shopper for a number of years but lately the quality of produce has been less than the best. On August 18 I shopped about 7 PM only to find that there were no bananas worth buying and many other vegetables were low on stock and picked over. A very disappointing experience.
Love, Love, Love this Market. I called to ask about a new product called (Vanilla Paste) in a jar. Really didn't get the answer I was looking for, so hopefully someone with Sprouts will look into this. It was used on the shoe "The Kitchen" on the Food Network. Thanks
This is one of the best grocerers in Arizona. Think Whole Foods but with better price and many times a better selection (especially with the made on premise options). Their business model supports the local community and their stores are worth supporting.
First, this is an EXPRESS store. It was not noted as such when we were looking for the actual store. They don’t have much at all, mainly canned items, lettuce bags and frozen pizza. Great if you need a quick juice or snack.
This is the only mini Sprouts I have come across in Phoenix or anywhere really. It's basically just a convenience store. Nice store but LIMITED SELECTION. I didn't find what I needed that I normally buy at other Sprouts.
We use to live in Surprise, AZ and fell in love with the store. We are in Charlotte, NC now and badly need a store or 2 here. Please, open a store or two here. You would get a ton of business.
Love your Store in Phoenix out by Surprise, AZ. My daughter took me there an what beautiful produce an Deli. We need one in our area of Terrace Heights in Yakima, WA. PLEASE LOOK INTO
Worst place to shop staff in the deli department are rude and you can tell they all hate there job . I would rather drive a ways and go to Whole Foods where I get great service .
This is the second time I’ve come by to pick up something and it’s closed due to VERY limited days and hours. Super frustrating and disappointing. What’s the point, Sprouts?!
Convenient location and a good selection of products despite the small size of the store. Wish they would have more of these small neighborhood markets around!
Wanted to get some supplements but they didn’t have everything. Very small section for supplements. It’s a great little convenient store and it’s clean inside.
Sprouts has no sprouts you have to go to Safeway for alfalfa sprouts beans sprouts and other sprouts
Temporarily closed? Been closed for like a year, how is that temporary? Disappointing.
They didn’t have what I was looking for, it’s a express location with limited items.
Love their sundries and essential oil selections. Great trailmix selection too.
Quick and simple. It has a surprising selection for the size of the shop!
It's small and choices are limited. Staff was very polite and helpful.
Cute and small but has some essentials, close to home
Nice sprouts convenience store with salad bar.
Small market but still has a great selection!
Great find so close to our accommodations!!
Sprouts is my favorite market to go to.
They're pretty much always closed.
Not a "real" Sprouts-Limited Items
Would love to see more restaurants
It has affordable, organic food.
Very personable "Head Cashier."
Good place to pick up veggies.
Why are you still closed?
Expensive but convenient
It's a convenience store
Find a full size store

Is not a full sprouts
Good food, nice staff
No birthday cards :(
Good place to shop
