I had a very very bad experience in this clinic. I had a very limited coverage on my insurance. I went there just for a cleaning and check up. But after the cleaning they advised many procedures. I asked whether the procedures are covered under my insurance they confirmed it. They hid the fact that the treatment did not have the required coverage. Surprisingly after the treatment I was asked to pay $2800 from my personal account. I am a retired person who could not afford this amount. Imagine if you are in my position. Besides, I don’t have a good faith in what they had done. My teeth is much worse now. So, I would not recommend this place instead should go to some dental clinic run by a professional dentist. Not to a business clinic.

Mona is an excellent hygienist. She is very caring, knowledgeable and thorough in her work. Mona takes her time when explaining important information and tips to her patients. I highly recommend her. Sandra is also an excellent hygienist I have known for several years. She is patient, kind and does an amazing and thorough job when cleaning your teeth. She is also knowledgeable and offers great tips. I highly recommend her. I love coming to the dental office because of these 2 hygienists that are very professional, understanding and experienced. They make you feel at ease and very comfortable.

Dr. Waled is very kind and caring. I like how he explains everything about the procedure and gives little breaks in between and asks how you’re doing. Best Dentist I’ve had! The hygienist was also very kind and does such a wonderful job of keeping me comfortable and assisting Dr. Waled. Their teamwork is incredible in making my visit very comfortable. I've been going here for 63 years. There is no reason I should go elsewhere - even with an extended commute to get here. Always a wonderful staff. Pauline is cool. Dr. Andrea is a wizard who works magic with her impeccable instrument skills. She recently saved saved some of my teeth and made me a brand new person again. I find myself smiling more at work now.

I got my braces in 2018 by dr.Gus and got them off in 2022 so in the span of 4 years time and $7000+ dollars of my own money I still had to pay an extra $200/$300 for I don’t even know what and now I am still stuck with a gap, so I spent all that money and I still have a gap left! Definitely not worth the time and money so just sharing my experience

I had emergency Tues July 25th, 2023 and the 2-3 ladies at the front desk, that evening, were amazing! They accommodated my last minute appointment needs and found a dentist to help! Even the dentist and the assistant were amazing that night! It's service and accommodation like this, that set the bar high in any industry! Thank you again team!

I’ve been coming to this dental office for over 20 years, and finally came back for routine cleanings last year. I’m glad I did because I met my hygienist Pauline who is an absolute gem! Thank you so much to all of the staff, you all are amazing

Terrible admin staff at the front desk. Not patient and very rude. I suggest to go to the other 2 other dental offices in square one where you will be treated professionally with customer service.

Reception Manager Teresa has always been very helpful, and this time helped me find and retrieved very old dental records of more than a decade ago. It is absolutely stress free for me.
