My recent experience with them is worst, the lady at the front offices seems rude and straight away refused admission and asked to check in Feb 2024, any where else they guide you and take contact details. Another thing, I was opening the main door and somehow didn’t hear the electric buzz she schooled us like we were there for charity or something. I don’t know if this is normal for the school. As an administration, please take note of this or teach them some manners and courtesy. I was coming after collecting admission form from Doonside and the lady was nice guided us with the process. Nobody wants to be treated like this, so frustrating experience. I would never turn back to them, and don’t recommend them at all.
The lady who follows up enrolment was a tad strange. She lost it when I told her I was still thinking about whether to enrol my child. She needs to take a chill pill. After that experience we are no longer interested. The female advised she was calling from St Aidan's Primary School. This was following an open day I attended at the school in Rooty Hill.
I m so much satisfied and happy after i met principal and staff. They were very welcomed and helpful.
