Have been in the Emporium over the years and have always enjoyed my time there. However, yesterday on a visit, I was browsing and saw an item that I liked. There was a price marked but as I made my way around to pay one of your lady volunteers came up behind me and snatched the item out of my hand, saying that it belonged to the shop and wasn't for sale. I told her about the price marked on it and she just peeled it off in front of me and walked into the back of the shop. If I had have known that it was for display purposes I would never have lifted it. The whole situation left me very embarrassed and, to be honest, hurt. It was my first time out after being in Hospital. I apologise for the three stars because I do think the shop is great but was let down by your staff member's rudeness. I wish the Emporium well for the future but I certainly won't be back.
