I went to see a dentist, as I had heard my front tooth crack, as I was chewing a bone. I hadn't been to a Dentist in 3 years, as I don't enjoy going to them. I knew I had to go, so I rung St Ives Dental Group and booked an appointment. When I turned up, I had to fill out paper work and was then waiting to see a dentist. The dentist I saw was Dr Chandni Bhikha. She has to be the BEST dentist I have seen. She took Xrays of my tooth and worked out that the tooth had cracked under the gums, and needed to be extracted. I had to come back the next day, to get the extraction done, ( i was nervous as hell) Chandni reassure me that everything would be ok and there was nothing to worry about. I sat in the torture chair, and before I knew it, she had injected my gum and extracted the front tooth (I didn't feel a thing). She is a great asset to the dental team of St Ives Dental Group. She has change my feelings towards dentist. Chandni, it was a pleasure being your patient.

As a customer for nearly 20 years, I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. After booking in for a root canal, 24 hours before I have had 8 calls, 2 voice mails and 1 email to confirm my appointment (including a threat of a $90 cancellation fee). Unfortunately due to a busy work schedule I wasn’t able to immediately respond. I called back asking to re schedule my appointment and I was greeted with the ‘Practice Manager’ telling me that she doesn’t want to tell me what do to but not to re schedule and as it has been 1.5 months since booking and that my teeth were likely to fall out. If the message wasn’t delivered in a rude and short tone I might have appreciate the recommendation. As a loyal customer, I’m disappointed to see this happen.

They did not solve the problem but created another issue for my teeth, after which they try to rip me off by making a simple issue a big deal. I ended up with visiting BUPA dentist located inside the shopping centre to get the problem fixed (and note it was a quick and easy fix and i did not pay any out of pocket money with BUPA, but i have wasted hundreds of dollars with St Ives Dental Group). Will not recommend this dentist clinic to any of my friends who lives around this area, especially not Dr. Ramesh and Dr. Yolanda.

My wife was grateful to be given an emergency appointment for a broken tooth at the St Ives Dental Group; especially since we are from Qld. Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Dr Su-Lin De Souza was quick to diagnose the problem. She clearly explained the treatment needed and was very gentle in her approach. She also went out of her way to assist with treatment by our regular dentist, when we return to Qld. I have recommended the practice to my son, who lives locally.

Appointment available quickly. Treatment friendly and professional. A very good outcome which was less drama than I thought would be the case. Cost was reasonable for the procedure with what was done no more or less than was appropriate. Recommended for either regular or urgent treatment. A large practice with flexible hours, including weekends, has many advantages

Our family has been attending St Ives Dental Group for ten years or more. They are extremely competent and obviously keep up with modern dental techniques. I recently booked in with Chandni and have never had such a gentle and thorough treatment. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

Dr Richard Toigo is an amazing professional, he did a fantastic job on my troubled front tooth. He explained every step, always making sure I was fine and made the experience pain free and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

Very thorough and excellent care. Dr Habibi took the time to explain things so I understood even though he was running late. I am always made to feel comfortable and feel well cared for.
