Their parish community is quite warm and inviting, a bit of an old-fashioned, traditional sort of congregation/format. Nice colours and personality throughout, although the constant noise from the planes above and the trains adjacent to the Church can be distracting.
Come down a sunday & have a listen, the readings are lovely & gospel is for all. You needn't be a part of the flock to recieve a blessing during communion; simply join the others & cross your arms to communicate a desire for a Blessing of the Lord.

I went for 15 min just to pray and a lady came and said she needs to go I said yes however I wanted to finish and she still came up to me and yelled and speak to me like I was not speaking English!!
I have a lot of gratitude for this place. Once a week I enter the crypt 2 get closer 2 God! Plus right across the road is the Newtown Blessing Box which allows u 2 donate food 2 the homeless!
Beautiful old church but what gets my blood boiling it's been desecrated by low life Graffiti vandals , just like every other surface in & around Newtown
I actually visited the crypt , for a lovely group of people who love to knit. We make and donate wraps to 'Wrapped with Love '
Extremely beautiful church, I would say at the level of St Mary’s Cathedral without it’s size.
Better if we had a catholic priest. The diocese seems to be on a mission to close us down
Worth going just to see the beautiful stain glass windows and interior of the church
What a beautiful church There is graffiti on the nearby streets, which is beautiful!
I wish I could give more stars . Very blessed church, you could feel the grace .
I visited here whilst looking for Ingress portals. Good times.
