Service is awful. I needed to access the level access gate to platform 3 and was told the only person who knew how to open it was on their lunch break & they didn’t know when he would be back. I asked how I was supposed to access the platform and the attendant had no response, didn’t even offer to help me reach the platform using the stairs or give me any suggestions for how else I could get to my destination

Plenty of ticket machines at the top of the station but very much lacking in accessibility. There's easy to read information boards and a small coffee shop, but there's a real lack of seating on the platforms, or any coverage from the elements further down the platforms.

The station has no lifts and is only partially staffed throughout the day making it poor in terms of accessibility. Trains towards London off peak leave almost perfectly clock faced making it very easy indeed to remember when trains serve here.

Saint Margarets is located in the St. Margarets section of Twickenham, the station is served by Southwest Trains, Saint Margarets is a fair station and a pretty nice one too, the neighbourhood is quiet and clean and train service is great.

Nice suburban station in the rather posh bit of Richmond upon Thames. Not posh enough though to have lifts installed so that disabled people can actually use this railway station.

It's a station that is under refurbishment and it is ok, if it wasn't that the westbound trains are always delayed. South western railway should get their act together

I am not bothered about lack of staff.. We need reliable efficient technology to keep the cost down and fares down.. Doing a good job South West Trains.. Keep it up

Agreed with previous poster.. The staff at the station is useless.. Totally gave me wrong directions.. He had 1 job.. 1 only and can't get it right!!!!!!

I hear people who go westbound to Twickenham get off here because there's never staff. Then they walk the rest of the way.

Good station with regular services in a central location. Staff are friendly, and ticketing facilities are good.

Station as many others, shame that the trains to Richmond run only every half an hour though

No step free access, useless in the 21st century
