I have always loved going to visit my family gravesite. I was told by one of the caretakers that all the flowers and momentos left at the site needed to be removed due to maintenance. I was unsure of what was going on so I tried calling the cemetery to ask someone who would know. When Bernadette called me back she was extremely rude to me when I had a legitimate question. She claimed I had no right calling to ask about a tombstone that isn't even mine! Well my name is on it... So I'm pretty sure it's mine and my family's. This person was so rude to me for no reason and now I have bad feelings towards st.marys cemetery. All I wanted to know is if we had to move the garden and flowers in front of the tombstones because the caretaker said it would be taken away at the end of the month if we didn't. Very upset with the way I was treated.

I and my cousin took a visit to the cemetery. Was very disappointed to see the long grass around both our parents grave stones. Also the grass on the tombstones was not cleared off. Also in the section were the sisters our buried all the foot stones had grass on them and you had to remove the grass to read the names. My aunt sister lemieuxs foot stone was covered over by the grass. Not impressed with the cemetery taking care of the cemetary. Maybe they don't care but I certainly do. If I had a small broom I would have taken time to clean off the foot stones of the sisters . Need to do better maintenance. Peter payne

Unbelievable, the staff ripped out the brick work to my family's plot. For the gardens, this is absolutely unacceptable. They're refusing to replace it. It is needed American grave site. And they have absolutely insulted my mother by saying it looked junkie. HOW DARE THE STAFF! THIS IS MAINTAINED WEEKELY BY MY MOTHER AND THEY DARE INSULT HER TO THE POINT SHE CALLED ME CRYING

Not sure about the troubles experienced by the other reviewers, however the last couple of days have been spent pre-planning funeral arrangements with my parents and I can only say Bernadette was kind, considerate, patient, knowledgeable and even had a good sense of humour. Pre-planning is definitely not a fun activity, but she made it much more bearable... Thank you.

Shame on you for the underhanded and illegal way you conduct your affairs. You're rude, arrogant and inconsiderate. Families rely on you to help them after the death of a family member and you engage in illeagal practices regarding family plots. Do better. Own your mistakes and make it right.
