Just a summary: I went to this location during their "all you can eat" boneless wings period. The entire restauent is very small and feels very congested. Our table ordered their wings and I was very disappointed in the quality of the food (read below for more information). Their salad and their drinks were good. Their service was also not bad. I have highlighted below my reasoning for the rating. I will not be coming back to this location though. St. Louis, please consider this and fix it. How all you can eat works Here is a run down of how the "all you can eat" works. When you request the "all you can eat" they charge per person. First round consist of 15 wings and a side. Then subsequent rounds consist of 5 wings per order. The issue with the wings were they are basically deep fried chicken nuggets/tenders. They refry frozen wings and toss them in sauce and even that is poorly done. Barely any sauce covers the wings. The wings were very over fried and dry which made it hard to bit into them. For my last round I requested not to fry them too much and it turned out better than my previous rounds. Insane Corporate Policy St. Louis has this weird corporate policy where apparently they decide if we can share food or not. My friend and I both got our wings and when we asked for a second round the waitress hesitated because who ever orders the food its their job to finish it. Usually all you can eat means you get it for the table and everyone enjoys but that was not the case here. Individuals are responsible for their own dish. This would not have been a problem if the wings were actually good. I have been to St. Louis Bar & Grill in Ajax, Ontario and they were phenomenal. But here the food was abysmal. I am not sure if it was the wings themselves or the way they prepped it. We were to a point where we were scared to share food because of their said "corporate policy" and one is supposed enjoy their time.

Have been here 3 times and twice we had poor service and bad food. We had to ask multiple times for everything and never actually got a take out container so after asking the 3rd time and waiting over 20 mins we just left the food. The food we had wasn't prepared as ordered and different from other locations some of our group had been to. The second visit we got a mix of cold and burnt food items. Cold fries with some meals and burnt nachos. Also a little sass from the waitress about pouring waters. The third visit was wonderful. We had an amazing waitress and all the food was prepared well. The wings and ribs deal is a pretty small portion but is also priced low - that member of our party was left hungry still but the rest of the visit was picture perfect. This location just opened a month or two ago so I will chalk up the mishaps to new staff and new management. The last time went really well.

First time at this st Louis, East end of Kingston. The server was very pleasant and nothing on this review reflect her service. The presentation of the food was poor as you can see this was the amount of chicken in my daughter's club and the chicken was raw inside still as well as my wife's meal. My wife had her meal sent back only to have it come back burnt both bread and chicken. My chicken tacos where chewy as well. The server was kind enough to remove my wife's meal from the bill. My daughter finished her salad and we left the rest. Now we know not every situation is the same and there is always other factors in play that's why I still put three stars cause the place looked clean and everyone was friendly and the drinks were still cold and my wife's poutine she still enjoyed. I love st Louis menu choices and we have gone to a lot of them so sad to see this one left a bad taste. :(

Have been to this location dozens of times since they opened. All of my previous experiences were very positive but sadly we had a terrible experience today. The place was fairly busy but not packed which is typical for a Thursday evening. We sat at the upright tables near the bar so according to our bill our server was "night bar". I presume this was the name attached to our bill because she wouldn't want her name mentioned in our review. We saw other tables arrive after us who finished their appetizers and main course while we were still waiting for our food. Our waitress completely disappeared and after 35 min I asked one of the other servers to find out what was going on. 3 min later our server appeared with my Nacos and my partners burger. Both were Lukewarm. She said sorry the kitchen is slow even though we watched the entire restaurant getting served their food.

I went to the location in the west end of Kingston. I literally got the worst service of my life. My server hit a full glass of water onto me (by accident) and it spilled everywhere and she just stood there and didn’t even say sorry?? We got all you can eat wings and both mine and my mothers wings were so burnt they weren’t even edible, and they weren’t the sauce I asked for. When I nicely asked for a new set of wings with the proper sauce she just said “ok” and walked away. When we got our new wings they still were the wrong ones. I also asked for a high chair and she didn’t bring one so I had to ask again 10 minutes later. I had to ask almost 3 times for a glass of water. I’m just overall shocked because I was really nice and I’m extremely disappointed in this experience.

The food is quite good. Can't go wrong with the cauliflower appetizer. We decided to go to the highway 15 location this time. The atmosphere at the Gardiners road location is louder and very "sports bar". The highway 15 location seems to be more low-key, at least when we were there. Either is fine, depending on what you are looking for, we just prefer it not quite so loud. The food is consistently good at both locations, good service as well. I've had some long waits to get a table at the Gardiners road location. Haven't been to the other location enough times to judge. Would certainly recommend if you're looking for pub food.

We were looking forward to a night out and headed for St. Louis Wings which, in our experience, while not stellar, was alright. Last night, the wings were so overdone they got sent back to the kitchen. I didn't order anymore wings, but asked for some fries thinking there isn't much that can go wrong with fries. Wrong again. They were so overcooked they were hollow. We wondered whether this is a product of the difficulty of hiring staff, especially good staff, in this current environment. It was a Wednesday night, but we thought perhaps this was not the best night of the week to have chosen. Who knows? The server was really good; no problem there. But we will not be going back.

Great informal spot for good food and drinks, my husband and I like going for wings and they’ve got “wingsanity” right now with all you can eat wings. My favourite are the dusted garlic parmesan and Buffalo ranch, great every time and the wings are meaty (not fatty like some places) Service has been fast each time we’ve gone and Jasmine always makes sure everything is tasting great!

Love this place, I have ate here 7-8 times and not once was I disappointed or had an issue. Truly a breath of fresh air in this town which seems to lack service or quality on busy nights elsewhere. Tonight I tried a different restaurant which I do every now and then, and it disappointed, big time. I thought about giving that restaurant a poor review but thought I would write a positive one about the place I should have went. Food is fresh, servers are so sweet to my child, fast fast fast! Lots of vegetarian options, my only regret is that I didn’t go there tonight! Thanks for being the one place we can enjoy our food without anything lacking!

My daughter just had her baby, so we decided to do take out. She is about 20 minutes away. 3year old Granddaughter ordered boneless chicken wings & fries, daughter ordered 2 pounds boneless chicken wings, son-in-law order 2 pounds chicken wings. I ordered boneless chicken wing nachos & husband ordered Angus burger deluxe. When they came home with the order, we had all regular chicken wings & my nachos had basically nothing on them. I ended up picking the boneless chicken wings off my nachos for my 3 year old Granddaughter. Very disappointing when we paid good money for what we got. We paid for boneless wing. And my nachos were terrible

I ordered a poutin fries we're hot but gravy was cold . Our waitress was awesome made my night offering me a wing coupon for the shifty poutin they made me . Wouldn't recommend this place unless your going for wings. There's not much of a menu to choose from.

The Boneless Wings with Honey Garlic Sauce were absolutely amazing. The fries were the right amount of crispy and not too much salt. The workers were all so polite, attentive, and patient. It was all round a great experience, and this was mid day on a Monday, so I can imagine that on game nights (they are a sports spot), the workers are just as amazing and attentive.

Three of us met there for lunch. Friendly and attentive staff. Coffee was fresh and tasted good. Soda drinks are well mixed and not watered down. We had a variety of grilled meats.. All the meats were over-cooked quasi burnt, dry and texture of jerky...The oil used to fry some of the foods is over used and saturated the meat with black crud. Surprisingly the fries were real good. The kitchen food prep need to clean up their act. Otherwise..atmosphere is OK

Nov 19, 2022 ordered the chicken club with gravy and french onion soup. Everything was barely warm. Had to send entire meal back to kitchen and Manager on duty never came over to talk to us. In fact he made it a point to not make eyes contact and avoid us at all cost even though it's the restaurant that didn't do their job! Luke warm food. Ribs where re-heated. (I'm thinking they are pre cooked and frozen then warmed up to serve? Chicken wings where ok. Wife had the quinoa salad and could only eat about half because it was so over dressed she could have used a spoon. Server was running around with too many tables, forgot about my daughter's dessert. They didn't have any chocolate milk for her so we got white milk then she came back again and said they where out of white milk too..... Overall, not impressed. Save the head ache and go to Montana's.

Not mad at the wings here and their fries are pretty good too. Not sure what was up with their spice level this night as we ordered two different types of wings, both of which were at most a medium spice (according to the menu) but the one set of wings was so spicy they were almost inedible. As someone who likes their spice and handles it well, I can say with confidence this was well beyond a medium spice, it was insane. Too bad because the flavour was good but we definitely couldn’t finish them.

Service was very good. Prices were reasonable with a full rack of ribs at $23 and kids menu at $8.99. Both come with fries and the ribs came with a small cup of coleslaw. Wings are always pricey but that is also something I prefer to get when I eat out. They do have a great selection of sauces and rubs. The "famous" dill sauce is mediocre. Comes in a prepackaged container. We liked the thick cut fried. Portions were good and the staff attentive and friendly. Place is popular in the area.

Not entirely happy with the pickup experience. When you pick up an order you go to the bar to get the food. Standard at most restaurants. The same employee seems to always be working the bar when I pickup an order. She barely mutters two words. Tosses you the debit machine and then disappears. She never comes back to see if you've actually paid or says thank you for your order. The food was great when this restaurant first opened but now it's always burnt, or the fries are half cooked.

Unfortunately the experience was not great. Wasn't very busy and it took at least 40minutes for 2 poutines. When they arrived they were cold and you could tell they were sitting. The waitress first said that kitchen was backed up. When she was told it tasted like it was sitting she said sorry we are short staffed. Positive note, she didn't charge for the poutines we didn't eat.

I used to be obsessed with the wings poutine and i found they followed my instructions. Today there was 0 chicken. Just clumps of dry breading. They did not follow my instructions and the portion size was way smaller than usual. St. Louis is always great and this spot is no exception. Now I’ve only had the wings but they are good. They come out absolutely piping hot so that makes me quite happy. The thing that stands out with this location is that everything is so incredibly clean. Everything is tidy and spotless. Beer seems to be competitively priced for the area too. Also the TVs are massive and the music they play is at a reasonable level. Do recommend.

I went there on a tuesday for their wing deal and me and my partner both got VERY sick 11 hours after with food posioning. We hadnt eaten anything after that time, therefor it had to be the wings. I called just to let them know so no one else got sick, I wasnt angry wasnt rude but they were very dismissive like they didnt even care. They offered us coupons which we agreed to and they never sent them so I guess thats that.

Been to a few of these chains now and this one was pretty good overall. The waitress was friendly though she did seem to rush us out after our meal, not sure what that was about. I had the cauliflower bites and a burger with a lettuce bun. Both were excellent but I would recommend getting sauce on the side as there was very little on the cauliflower when they arrived. Overall nice experience, will definately go back.

Good location, and pretty much hits the mark as you'd expect. The wings and ribs were delicious, as were the sauce selections I made. Busy on a Friday night, but we managed to get a table for 10. Servers were good and courteous. The food was good, the service was good, and the beer was cold. And the food specials were inexpensive. Overall, not going to blow you away, but definitely worth a stop.

Being from out west I am always a fan of this chain. This location was extremely clean, and modern. The staff were all amazing, very friendly and helpful. I had a great evening with the bartender Emelyne and near the end of the night had some great conversation with Al the owner. One of the best locations I have been too and would highly recommend.

Great spot for beer and wings. Lots of big TV's to enjoy your favourite sporting event. My one negative remark would be the amount of seating room at the booths. I'm 6 ft tall, and skinny as a beanpole. Even I wouldn't sit in a booth here again as there is not much space between bench and table. Aside from the seats, (my family and myself) were happy with the service and will come back one day.

Friendly staff, good prices for food and drink...food is a bit hit or miss quality wise, wait times are a bit long, even when not busy. Been here a few times for wings and food was ok but not great and not ideal for groups of 6 or more...most current sporting events are shown here which is a huge bonus and atmosphere is a bit dated but comfortable...

Open space and airy. Typical corporate style food establishment. This visit had inattentive server staff and bar staff. Alcoholic beverages were slow to show and our table of 3 order, showed up at different times in 10 minutes. Other visits were good, food was as described and server staff were very busy. Reasonably fair, wait for food.

Really good service and food was good but not amazing. Wings were a little dry, but I did really enjoy the enormous selection of sauces that you can have on the wings. The rib and wing combo was a great deal and it was nice having the ability to have a side of wings that was a different sauce than the ones that came with the combo.

Went there about a month ago, service was TERRIBLE food wasn't much better. The food has no flavour. The table in front of us and behind us got way better service because they were regulars and it was our first time there. Terrible experience all around... won't be trying it again, not worth the money at all.

We just ordered take out and I can honestly say that it was the worst meal I have ever had from a restaurant. I ordered the Mediterranean wrap. Edit: Original fries have returned...crisis averted. Very hit or miss with quality of the food and service. They have changed their fries within the past couple days (I get takeout here quite often). They use to be one of the best things to get there. Now they are dry, flavour-less and quite disappointing.

These guys have got deals. Food is really great, except the tacos... don't get the tacos. Otherwise, we love this place. Each day of the week is a deal on alcohol or food, imo Wednesday is the best! $5 pints and half-priced burgers! Really nice staff in our experience. A great place to go every time.

That’s a spot bar and grill that I would go regularly. Their golden fries accompanying most of the orders are superb. I like their wings, ribs, sandwiches and sides. The personnel are kind and service level is excellent.

Had a great experience here with a group of 8 celebrating a birthday. Excellent food and service. A small snafu resulting in a couple of delayed meals, which didn't cause much of a problem at all, was met with reduced charges, free drinks and surprise desserts. We'll definitely be back.

Went there for the first time yesterday. The food was very good! I had a bacon cheeseburger and a Cesar salad. The burger was very good the salad was excellent! The staff were friendly everything was reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and would recommend to others.

We went in for the one year anniversary. It was sort of a decent outing. Annoyingly it wasn't great because we were feeling rushed right from when we walked in. And then in the end we were charged for the kids drinks even though they are included in the kids meals.

Went there with friends and all of us were very satisfied with the quality of the food, mostly the garlic pizza dough sticks. Service was good and efficient and the waitress would come just often enough to make sure everything is alright without becoming annoying.

Went for lunch with a group today for a gathering with others...service was terrible...staff got orders messed up! My order was overcooked actually burnt..They were not set up for our reservation when we arrived.They were very understaffed for lunch time hours...

Amazing service with absolutely delicious food. Think this is only a wings, fries and beer spot? Think again! They make the best salad I've ever had in any Fine Dining restaurant or others: Quinoa California Salad (add grill chicken!) Enjoy! Best ever, anywhere!

We went on a Wednesday for wings and decided to have the special which was half price burgers. Service was excellent. Burger was good, $5 beer was really good. For a bar and grill this place is good, too bad the burgers aren't grilled.

Loved it. They are running all you can eat boneless chicken wings. The garlic parm was great, The spicy garlic parm had very little garlic parm taste. The buffalo ranch was great. The honey garlic was good. The waitress was fantastic.

You guys should update your hours. I got to your location at 11:12 pm and as soon as they saw us walking to your location all the employees started turning the music and lights off when they saw us walking to the restaurant.

Great new place on the east end of Kingston. The food was amazing. We went on a Thursday and they had half price appetizers. Be careful because the appetizers are as big as your main meal. I couldn't finish everything.

Don't order drinks from here on Skip; they'll send you non-alcoholic beverages and charge you for alcoholic ones as it can't be refunded.

Great friendly service. Ive only had the wings and onion rings. But they were awesome flavors. The onion rings are really for two people. Even with Covid the staff were very accommodating.

I don't know anything about this area of Kingston but walked in here for a beer and a bite. Very friendly staff, huge tvs, and decent beer selection. Was around 5pm on a weekday.

So far went there a couple of time for work related lunch and diner. The waiters were nice and welcoming and the food was good. I highly recommend it during their wings special.

Overpriced bar food. Outstanding service and convenient location to residence in the community. 2 beer and a pound of wings $45? Seems pricy for bar food.

Horrible, I will not be going back there again. The employees are rude and the food is burnt! I have never felt so disrespected by a server in my life.

Love the Dill dip. This location was alright the waiter seamed more interested in his co-workers then his guests. Wings were good size and were good

Had the beef brisket dip worst ive ever eaten dry and chewey fries tasted like old grease only good part was the waitress very nice won't be back

Great food and staff, but ever since they opened, they have yet to install batteries in the motion senor for the soap dispenser in the men's room

Great spot, great food and Great Staff especially. I'm there weekly at least and really appreciate how the staff is very attentive and friendly.

Decent food. Giving 3 starts as service and food is inconsistent. Service during lunch is usually fast. Usually in and out in 30 min.

Very nice place to eat alone or with friends. Very nice service, we had Jasmine for the services, and we had a great time with her.
